It was very clean and had good facilities.

It was located a good distance away from the centre of High Wycombe.

Good value for money ideal for a one - two night business stay. I was meeting up with friends so cheap and easy for me. tea coffee and toiletries I did not expect but got it so for the price excellent.

The staff were polite.The whole annex was obviuosly newly refurbished, very clean and the room was more than adequate, v comfortable bed, useful having microwave, fridge and sink. Good value for money.

I wasn't informed on arrival that there were 2 kitchens in the annex so had to eat meal cooked in microwave with teaspoon! Breakfast was not good value, did not appear freshly cooked.

the facilities in the room were exceptional the inclusion of a microwave, sink and fridge proved very useful. the room was brand new and everything was immaculately clean. Overall the best accommodation I have utilised since being in the UK and extremely good value as well.

Maybe the inclusion of a sky sports package would have been the icing on the cake.

The Hotel was very clean and had a on-suite bathroom and shower. The Bathroom had an electric shaver power point, and Shower was very modern and clean, with plenty of room in the cabinet and easy to operate.

The stairs to the first floor are very steep. My wife could not adjust the temperature of the radiator in the room as it was too hot fer her to sleep.

Bed and pillows confort were excellent & cuddly clean blanket/linen .....

inside the room >> not much decoration, and carpet not so clean....

Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was nice and comfortable.

Bathroom was quite dirty, shower poor quality and dust around the room.

It was cheap

I stayed in a twin room at the buckingham hotel not the annex, and the walls were very old. The nose of the kettle was dirty, milk supplied had dust on it. The lamp in the room has never been cleaned, very dusty. The heating was broken we could not turn down the heat so spent the night with the windows wide open. The walls were dirty, especially in the bathroom and full of damp stains. The shower pressure was poor and there was a dead moth stuck in the shower door. The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean though.

Better than expected as booked it for being reasonable rates,good breakfast served promply, had luxury rooms ,bed very comfortable thankyou,free parking was a bonus as some hotels charge therefore they would not get our custom.thankyou.

Adequate. Reasonably priced compared to National chains.

Basic, road noise at front of building, building work in progress, difficult to find in the dark and the rain.

We actually didnt stay in the annex, we were put in room 14 at the top of the hotel instead.

Room 14 was very basic and I was a little dissapointed with the room. Very clean, but furniture was poor and the tv was very tiny. Shower room would have been fine if the shower head was not attached to the side of the taps! How can you shower holding the shower head? Curtains were not dark enough and hooks were missing. Having paid only 50% of the normal price, I suppose it was ok, but would have complained greatly if I had paid the full price. My husband was showed another room, but he didnt think it was much better. It looked nothing like the room advertised on the web site. Having said all the above, I would stay again if offered a room like the one advertised.

The Staff was frindly and helpful. We were looking for a clean confortable place to stay before returning to the airport for our flight our.

We stayed in the main hotel not the annex

We stayed in apartment "D", which was very comfortable clean and tidy, Having a kitchen was very useful, as was the dining room table. There was plenty of parking at the front which was on a steep slope. There was further parking at the rear of the property, we found it easier to reverse down the drive, rather then drive down then try to reverse up the slope.

There was a single bed in the living area, and a double bed in the bedroom, This arrangement would not be ideal for family as to get from the bedroom to the bathroom, you had to walk through the living area. Not ideal if someone is asleep in the single bed. It would have been better if the single bed in the living area had been a sofa bed. We could not see how to get the radio station to work on the TV, then by mistake we noticed th TV/Radio button on the remote control!
