Location to our evening destination & the room rate! We simply wanted a crash pad & breakfast after attending an open air concert. Our room rate was acceptable, but had we paid the published rate I would have been very disapointed. My partner had to fix the shower before we could use it(he is quite a handy man!!) Breakfast was charged extra. It was poor-no choices & cheap quality food ie. tinned mushroom & tomato, luke warm tea & soggy toast! Better off going for a Mcdonalds breakfast!!! |

Clean, better than some of the reviews on tripadvisor would have you believe. I stayed in a 'Luxury Single', at the side of the hotel, which was still noisy with the traffic, and I suspect the same would be said if a room was even at the back. Good breakfast, cooked to order for £6. |

Not an awful lot, but it was clean and functional. We booked one of the luxury appartments, unfortunatly they look nothing like the pictures on the web site, and not realy what I would call luxury. |

It was clean, comfortable, the food waas good and the staff were friendly and attentive. I have marked the comfort as low for only one reason. The room itself was excellent but it was at the front of the hotel on a busy road. Not a problem with the windows closed but it was a very hot night so I got almost no sleep at all. I had to open the windows and the noise was unbearable. With the windows closed the heat was unbearable. |

Room was clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. One member of staff at breakfast was chatty and friendly. Room was dreary and small. There was no bath. Staff were dressed in jeans and did not look smart or wear name badges and did not communicate effectively. A Fire door at the top of a staircase was propped open with a wedge which is a severe fire risk. There was a hole in the duvet cover on the bed. |

Clean room - very friendly stafff and eager to help. Although one of the members was a new hire but he was also very eager to help. Free wireless Internet was awesome Since its right off the street, depending on what room you get, it might get a little noisy.I also didnt like the fact that the tv that was mounted on the wall (nice LCD tv) had really bad picture quality and there was no remote. You had to rent a remote for 24 hours in order to watch movies etc. |

Modern, clean and spacious room; free wifi; I was in the main hotel, not the annex; fine for the business visitor Poor public spaces - need more thought and investment; staff perfectly pleasant but faintly haphazard! |

We stayed in the actual hotel and thought that our room was spacious and pleasant Although we did not book together there was a party of nine in total. We thought we had booked into one hotel not a hotel that has apartments a mile either side of it. The group was split up which did not go down very well. Not only were some of my family members a mile up the road but if they wished to have breakfast in the morning then they had to pay for a taxi to take them to the hotel. |
