It was comfort and clean but I am not happy because booking .com informed me that the pool facilities will be re open on 20th january but when I get there with my son we could not use the pool facilities and that was very disappointing.

The location was fine - very close to a colleague I was meeting The conference room - Tingewick - was fine Breakfast was ok The fact that when moving between locations within the hotel it meant using at least one flight of stairs. The Tingewick conference room was impossible to reach without negotiating at least 2 flights of stairs. The hotel had no lift. My colleague - who had recently had a knee replacement - had considerable difficulty entering the hotel and conference facilities. No simple/budget meal available in the evenings.

Friendly staff. Walking distance of Buckingham town centre. Comfortable bed. Corporate hotel - very anonymous - you could be anywhere. On the ring road next to a petrol station so doe snot have a great view. There is a need for more parking spaces as there are not enough and some are very small.

* Fantastic value for money * Very clean * Relaxing * Friendly staff * Good location *Would stay here again The only negative was that I feel the rooms that face the main road should be double glazed as the traffic was very noisey. Other than that stay was fantastic.

Big room, big bed. Catering service all day. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were extremely attentive. Access from car park. To get the wheelchair into hotel from car boot it was necessary to park dangerously, then go and park the car, then come back to push wheelchair! Although the website emphasises accessibility from room to corridor there is a ridge to overcome. There were only two disabled parking places, both of which required a steep push uphill to get the chair to the access slope.

We stayed at one of your competitors at the PRoundabout in Oxford and paid the same price for the room. They were shabby and unprofessional. We were absolutely delighted at Best Western for comfort, friendly staff and cleanliness. The breakfast was excellent too. The Polish girl at reception was extremely friendly and very professional. You couldn't complain about anything.

Staff were good. My tv didn't work. No ironing board in room. Shower was light and dreadful. Towel bar fell off the wall. Room was too cold. We picked it as we thought it would be better than travel lodge - it wasn't .

This hotel has all the facilities you want as a midweek business user, does exactly what it says but certainly at no higher a level than the £69 you pay per night. I'd stay here again The only thing that disappointed was how dirty the spa area was, the steam and sauna we're absolutely filthy, looking like they hadn't been cleaned since installation, considering being able to relax in the sauna at the end of a hard day was one of the reasons I booked in here it was a big disappointment.

After a long, hot day at Silverstone we arrived when the staff were busy with a wedding reception but they could not have been more attentive or helpful. They helped us sidestep the scrum at the bar and found us a quiet table where we could eat our meal in peace. We only had bar meals but the food was freshly made and delicious, as was the breakfast the next morning. We were placed in a room well away from the wedding reception, so enjoyed a good night's sleep. When we next visit Silverstone we will definitely use this hotel again (hopefully have time to use the spa next time).

I have stayed here before, and probably will return again due to its central and convenient location. Very disappointed as not all the spa facilities were available - one of the main reasons for chosing this hotel. Parking was very difficult when we arrived back at the hotel in the late evenings - mostly due to inconsiderate parking by other guests. Perhaps the bays should be marked with white lines? One of the glasses in the bathroom had a deep gouge inside the rim, probably caused by a cleaner's ring, but never-the-less it was not a welcome sight. The second glass had tissue paper stuck to the inside (probably left by a quick wipe by cleaners). The lighting in the room made the place dark and dingy, and very difficult to see anything hanging in the wardrobe area. I also found the room was noisy from generators (up to midnights) and from fork-trucks (working all night) in an adjacenct facility/warehouse.
