This charming pub and hotel offers a picturesque riverside setting. Situated by the Sowe River, the old mill hotel is a converted watermill whose origins stretch back to the Domesday Book.

Shame it's closing down.
The convenience of a ground floor room.
Very shabby décor but understandable as selling up.
nice room and breakfast
the owners lived above my room and both mornings could hear them moving around at 5.30am
The bed was comfy
The room was tired and shabby, the ensuite was a cupboard with a toilet in and was grubby. The front door key just about worked it took a lot of fiddling to get it to open the door and we were almost locked out. The room smelt of damp and the carpet was dirty.
Excellent service and value
Very friendly and helpful. Comfy and quiet.
This house is very nice and Mr Chandler very lovely.
The location to the old town area and train station.
A little old fashioned. My bed was noisey, every movement woke me up. Just 2 teabags for the tea/coffee. Requested no sausage with full breakfast but no alternative or extra offered to the very small portions. Just seemed to be run on a shoestring.
central location , breakfast was superb , we were able to check in early due to an early function with no qualms
The staff member was welcoming andhelpful.
It was a nice guesthouse with eveerything you needed. Was not very modern but clean and I´ve got a nice welcome at arrive by the owner.
Friendly owner and excellent service. Centrally located with easy walking distance to main locations. Comfortable sitting room.
Accommodation a little dated.
Nice lounge to relax in and breakfast in the morning.
Location was really handy for central Leamington and the train station
They had no record of the booking through booking.com, but were very accommodating and provided an upgraded room at no extra charge as one was available.
Friendly owner - nice breakfast, comfortable and relaxing
Nice cooked breakfast, pleasant host
Cramped washing and toilet facilities with small basin. One comfortable bed the other ?. Avoiding part of skirting board coming away from wall.
cheapest price I could find and everything was still to reasonable standard. It was very easy to find. The staff were good enough to give me my key at 11.55pm
the bed was a bit hard and the sausage for breakfast was a little pink.
five minutes from the train station ten minutes from the town centre. good easy going b&b rooms had everything in that you would want
Excellent location (near train station and theater I was attending). Proprietor allowed me to leave my bag while I dashed off to Warwick Castle (5 minutes away) , after I checked out.
No water pressure in shower, room kind of cramped and cold (heat not adjustable - no spare blankets?).
excellent breakfast and comfortable bed
rooms could do with a bit of redecoration.
The welcome; clean good food.
The location was good as was the breakfast.
The bathroom was dirty. The shower was broken, the lino grubby and there was a lump of wood supporting the toilet. We were not pleased to have to pay more than the room tariff displayed in the hall to cover Booking.com fees.
Needs modernising and maybe a rethink on how the en suite is set up.
No shower and bathroom a bit cramped
Excellent position for town and concert venue.
