Friendly. helpful, efficient staff.They went out of their way to make our anniversary holiday very memorable. Superb hotel set in stunning location.

Beautiful setting with amazing views. Very relaxing.

Dinner was lovely, compliments to the chef. However the salmon started, though delicious, was very small and could have done with 3 pieces.

Old style big country house food was good

On the south bank of Bauley Firth not far from Inverness, and easy reach to places like Lochness, Dingwall and Strathpeffer. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Nothing to dislike

My Fiance and I stayed here for one night. It was absolutly beautiful! The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival. The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

The location was very good,lovely views. Excellently appointed Hotel, Very friendly staff, arrived quite late at night, the staff were more than happy to provide us with a meal.

we had a lovely room with superb views but lighting was all by table lamps which meant it did get a bit dark in the evenings.

Where to start....Loved the hotel the moment I walked inside, the staff very welcoming and helpful, our room was extremely large and had an amazing view, although the furniture is old it suits the character of the hotel. We had high tea in the drawing room which is wood panelled, roaring fire,great ambiance. Dinner was in the beautiful dining room and was as good as any London restaurant I have been to. Can't wait to return.

The staff were very friendly, the location was nice, by the edge of the water. Food was excellent, good selection, very reasonable, rooms very comfortable, beds fantastic, will be back again.

What a wonderful old property, very comfortable and spacious. The most helpful and accommodating staff I have had the pleasure to deal with for a long time. Not to mention the food – top marks for the chef. She has a real talent. Would highly recommend Bunchrew House for business or pleasure. I will certainly use them again.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were really helpful with any requests we had and were more than happy to provide any additional requests, for example I requested champagne at the time of booking.

There were 4 of us, 2 couples, and we had a fabulous night here. The location was great, right on the water with lovely grounds but close to town and the airport. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms clean and tidy and the dinner and breakfast delicious!!! However, the hotel's winning feature was the staff, everyone we came into contact with was friendly and efficient, well done Brunchrew on a great team!!!!!!
