A friendly welcome awaits you at the 4-star Burleigh Guest House, which is in the center of Llandudno, a 2 minute walk from the North Pier and beach. Free wireless internet available. All rooms are fresh, clean and well decorated with a modern feel. Room facilities include a free hospitality tray, bottled water, toiletries and DVD players. The Burleigh Guest House is overlooked by the rocky headland of the Great Orme. Bars, restaurants, shops and the theater are within easy reach. I really enjoyed my stay at Burleigh House. The owners Julie & Steve were very welcoming & friendly without being intrusive. I was a solo traveller something I had not done before but I felt safe & comfortable here. The purpose of my stay was for an intensive driving course & I think Julie & steve's hospitality really helped my nerves. I will be back & this time I will have the cooked breakfast! All in all, a fabulous stay in beautiful surroundings & wonderful hosts. Can't recommend Burleigh house enough.

Really enjoyed our stay. Julie and Steve could not have done more to make our weekend the perfect relax we needed. Attention to detail at the guest house is better than anywhere we've stayed, with even marshmallows for in your hot chocolate! Will definately be going back.

This is the fourth time I have had to stay in Llandudno on business in the last 2 years - this was the third hotel I have stopped in and will be my first choice next time. Everything was right - Great atmosphere, friendly welcome and service from the lovely owners.Room was well appointed and a good size - spotlessly clean and it was the little touches , like a sewing kit and plasters in the draw (fortunatly I did not need either). Breakfast was generous and well cooked. I stay away 1or 2 nights most weeks on business and try to find good private hotels /B&B's rather than use the soulless chains - unearthed a true gem

We had a thoroughly good few days in Llandudno and our stay at the Burleigh Guest House was superb. The food was excellent and Julie and Steve made our stay great. They were helpful and friendly and I thought that leaving a birthday card and box of chocolates on my bed was a lovely gesture (it was my birthday while we were there). Will definately recommend it to frends and family and stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here.Ideal location for bars,restaurants and promenade.Lovely hosts,Steve and Julie were very welcoming.Room was spotlessly clean and the decor was in good order.Great cooked breakfast too! Would recommend the Burleigh to anyone.Thanks for a lovely stay.

Burleigh Guest House in situated in a great location just a few minutes walk from Llandudno pier and the Great Orme. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The B&B is both modern and comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of Sept in room 7 and throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, bright and airy and well equipped with a TV, hair dryer and kettle. The ensuite was a clean if not a little small however this didn't really bother us. The owners Steve and Julie make great hosts; they were extremely helpful and friendly offering advice on where to eat and local attractions. Steve cooked a brilliant cooked breakfast as well as poached salmon or veggie options. There was a good choice of cereal and yoghurts and plenty of tea, coffee and toast was available. Overall, I would definately recommend Burleigh House to anyone looking to take a break away in North Wales.

I saw the advert on Booking.com and thought I would give it a try - the location is very good and we have stayed near here before. We likedthe idea of a lounge area where we could sit in after a day out for an hour before going out in the evening. It was fine. The breakfast was good too.

we really enjoyed our first trip to wales and recieved a very warm welcome from steve and julie. our room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. the breakfast was excellent. we are happy to recommend burleigh guest house.

Very friendly and helpful owners, good location and access to local amenities, excellent breakfast and service. Some difficulties with finding local on street parking, although the owners of the guest house were very helpful in finding/reserving spaces for their guests
