Efficient check in, clean, well appointed room Rather a long walk to the room with luggage! Slow food service in the bar / restaurant on both nights I stayed there. |

Nothing in particular. It was pleasant; functional and did what was necessary. Very similar to Premier Inn. The quilt did not fit or was not fitted properly into the quilt cover which made the bed uncomfortable. The duvet was doubled over at the top of the quilt which made it like a pillor rather than a cover. Not good. |

We only stayed the one night as the reason for our visit was to watch our daughter play ultimate frisbee and win the University Nationals, so the location was paramount. Nothing, the staff were excellent and very professional but still made us feel very welcome. |

We stayed at the hotel as we were visiting our son at the University. It is a very convenient location, and the staff and rooms were all up to scratch. |

Very clean, well equipped gym and efficient room service. It was a little hard to find from as the directions on the website didn't take us to the right location. |

I would liked to have a facial but unfortunately it was full.....still I think it is great that you provide that facility. The room was clean and newly fitted. The staff were very pleasant. The food was terrible. Really, really awful. I sent mine back and then got something even worse. I ordered sea bass. The fish I was served was not sea bass! I didn't return to the restaurant but I was with a large group who did. They all agreed the restaurant was poor. |

Room was clean, bright and functional. Late-night service at reception very helpful in matters of taxis etc. There was a fire alarm at 1.30pm - set off by an idiot in a party at the hotel - and it was dealt with quite officiously by the woman in charge. Breakfast staff were a little brusque and less than attentive at times. |

As we were visiting our son at the University both the convenience of the hotel and the quality of the facilities were major pluses. |

The wonderful friendliness of all the staff that we came into contact with - Reception, Bar, Restaurant. The atmosphere and style of the location. The cleanliness and facilities of the room in which we stayed. Trying to find Burleigh Court on the university campus in the dark was very difficult - and the directions given at the entrance gate were ambiguous. It took us 30 minutes to find the hotel, and our experience was similar to that repeated by many previous hotel guests. It is essential that much better illuminated directions to the hotel be provided |

The hotel is designed to give a feel of spaciousness and light. Lovely decor - bedrooms and ensuite exceptionally clean. the bedrooms got very hot despite no heating on and windows open ( mild October night) |

Staff very friendly. Very convenient location for the business I had with Loughborough University. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Worst nights sleep for a long time. Was not helped by rowdy, drunken students outside for a considerable duration of the small hours (friday night). |
