The staff were very friendly and helpfull The floors creaked, the bathroom was very small and the view from my room looked out on scrub land , a hedge and a dissused room. |

The extremely helpful and local knowledge of the reception staff who were most polite and people orientated. The exterior of the hotel is in need of redecoration. |

The hotel provided easy access to where my daughter lives, and to the shops and sea front, with free parking. The room had a double and a single bed. The double bed was very old and the mattress was wrecked, so much so that the sipports in the base could be felt while lying on the mattress. When I conplained the staff said it was too late to change it as it was on the Saturday evening. However, I feel that Management should know what needs replacing in their hotel. |

The hotel is ideally placed for the seafront which is just a short walk away whilst the town centre would require only a quick car journey. The hotel itself is in need of a little TLC. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with it but some areas would benefit from a lick of paint, new wallpaper or new carpets. My shower turned on but once there took some persuading to turn off again. |

The breakfast was good and the staff serving it were also good The room was furnished with old and tired stuff, the tv was tiny and had just 4 stations, the tea in the room was poor. The swiming pool (one of the reasons I chose this hotel was its pool) was closed because the hotel management had just decided to close it for the season "since no one was using it" but had not removed the claim to a pool from your site. |

Easy reach for town centre, main transport near-by, on main rd, but was very quiet, nice size room, outdoor swimming pool, value for money. |

Room good, but one bedlight switch fell off the wall, headboard was not secure, and not possible to close the small bedroom window, which would have reduced road noise. The windows were not double-glazed. The tv shew its age, only 4 channels. Otherwise, we liked the hotel but felt it was a bit over-priced. It was very clean and had the required facilties. Excellent service. |

Very pleasant friendly atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and well trained. Would have prefered the wash basin to have been in the bathroom. |

Friendly and helpful staff Bed was extremely uncomfortable and although the room was non smoking (now by law) it was very obvious that it had previously been smoked in as it had that smell of old smoke and the decor in the room was quite yellow. |
