First than all, look for something better with almost the some price. Our experience wasn't good at all.
The shower in the room 39 was horrible: no presure and no hot water...
We found bitches in the bed.
The room 36 was better and cleaner, and more beautiful as well.
Couple of days we came at 2 or 3pm and our room wasn't clean. The explanation was they were busy. Then we asked for at least toilet tissue (they have forgotten the first days) and the guy in reception told us to look for any housekeeper in the hotel, just take a look....
Finally, the worst thing was one night at 12 we start hearing noise next to our room. I thought was someone new with his luggage. What a surprise when I came out and I saw one drunk girl hiting the door of the next room. I told her please to stop but she sent me to... I tried to call reception. No one answered. The noise continued till 2am in the morning. I told my boyfriend to go downstairs and he saw the lift floor wet... Imagine. The night porter disappeared and no one was looking after the hotel.
Everyone can go inside the hotel!! Drunk people or whoever!
Finally one big guy came out from the room and told us if we had any problem. The drunk girl was looking for him because she was with another one. Both of them were very drunk and we were scared. We didn't sleep anything!!!!
The next morning the hotel received lot of complains, but nothing happens. They told us there was a conflictive couple and that they just booked one night, so we could sleep that day... No refund, nothing but words. That evening I saw the night porter there working as always.
Bad customer service, our complain didn't serve for anything.
Another thing. They gonna tell you it's always better to reserve with them. Don't do it. I went downstair and they told me it costs 280 pounds, then I checked on Booking and was 240. I told them and they gave me the same price without doubt. So why they didn't do it since first moment...?
We we there one week and a half. When we booked the second time we had to change the room. Anyway, finally was an advantage because the first room was very old.
The room has towels (old ones), coffee and tea station, hair dryer and was cosy.
It's 15 min walking to the centre, but it's close to the train station.
