The receptionist and the waiting staff were very welcoming , friendly and helpful. Parking in grounds was very convenient.

Dated interior.

It was close to the beach and to excellent shopping facilities. Our breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The room we stayed in was quite old fashioned, in need of a refurb.

Very central. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Beach is a few minutes walk. Clean and tidy. Staff was willing to offer an other room when requested. We also got breakfast provided well before the usual time. Worth the money.

The hotel is in need of renovation and some money would need to be invested to replace the old furniture and bath. Breakfast can be small if one is used to the full British breakfast. But hotel is clean and for this price it is quite okay, if one is planning to spend most time outside, as we did.

We found it to be a good location between the beach and the main shopping centre in Bournemouth & together with the friendliness of the staff & a good quality breakfast made this an enjoyable stay.

Location, within easy walking distance of local entertainment beach and shops. Although decor old fashioned and hall floor boards creaked badly, rooms were comfortable and clean.

Found the temperature over night too low and required additional heating from the heater provided.

yes there are a few things 1-we got locked out of the hotel 4 about 45 minutes after we got bk from darts that morning 2-in the morning i went to make us a cup of tea but the water from the tap was yellow i complained to the front desk but they said they will sort it but by the time we left it was still yellow 3-there was no hot water coming from r shower so we couldnt even have a wash b4 we left complained again but nothing was done

the staff were really friendly and helpful, within a few minutes walk of town, the university (the reason i chose this hotel) and the beach. pretty central location.

the hotel itself was reasonable enough, if a little out dated, decor wise. the only thing i could fault them on really, was the rather large cobweb between the wall and one of the curtains and the very small size of the television in our room. no problems other than that.

It was central and for one nights stay it served its purpose. Comfortable bed/tea making facilities/staff helpful.Having some refurb work done (Feb), but height of season it would make a good base for family holidaying at a seaside location.Good value for what we wanted to pay.

Bit gloomy as you walked in could do with a little sparkle and the glass/chrome work polished.

Excellent location and excellent value for money. Very happy with my stay here.

The pillows in the bedrooms were not comfortable.

Cleanliness. Cobwebs in bedroom, dirty marks on bathroom tiles, hadn't been hoovered properly.

Convenient for our stay, ample carparking and central for shopping and sightseeing.

Friendly helpful staff.
