friendly staff comfortable rooms good choice for breakfast i stay here as my first choice when i visit worthing never dissapointed
Room was lovely with fab sea views.
Lack of staff at breakfast and reception. On arrival the bin in our room hadn't been emptied and the wrong menu was in our room so when we ordered room service there was a long delay and confusion.
The room size and friendly staff. Provided us with toiletries.
Apart from a dodgy tv remote, everything was great
Very good position (just meters from the sea). The staff was warm and friendly. Excellent, airy room with brilliant view of the coastline. Generous breakfast. Will definitely recommend it to friends and colleagues.
Nothing really important to report. Perhaps, TV signal in the room could be improved (reception was a bit shaky). The presence of a lift would definitely help to access top floors when carrying heavy luggage
The room was large with high ceilings and huge windows (one with a sea view...!), however the heater kept it warm and the bed was cozy. REALLY friendly and helpful staff.
My stay was for 4 nights and on the first 3 nights the forgot to provide me towels in the room - I had to ring reception each night to remind them. That said on the third night I let them know that this was recurring and thay did apologise and remembered on the 4th night! No fridge/freezer in the room, however staff are happy to store stuff in the kitchen downstairs. The shower is not adjustable.
Friendly staff Food was good in the restaurant Facing the seafront Spacious rooms
Furniture in the bedroom is cheap. The soundproofing is not great I had someone in the room above who was either flat footed or shrek Do hotels still do keys ?? with really big key fobs !! This one does.
Location, view from the dining room, comfort of bed.
We booked an executive suite, which was a normal double (we saw it on the website afterwards) feel cheated. Stale bread laid out for toasting which you had to do yourself. Teabags were very cheap, again, make it yourself. Sausage had gone off. Better breakfast at Travelodge down the road (on the seafront too).
Location of hotel. Presentation of bedroom and stairways. Cleanliness.
Uncomfortable mattress.Small dining/breakfast area not able to cater with number of guests. Hour and 20 minute wait for cooked breakfast. Having to sit at a coffee table for breakfast. Having to look for receptionist at check in and check out.
Poor breakfast cheap bacon stale bread.
There were 8 of us mixed age family including 2 children age 4 & 6. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. We had 3 rooms all excellent. Super location and cheap parking very close by.
Fruit salad rather bland colourless, crossaints and pastrys not out when first went in to dining room. Found continental breakfast not very appealing.
Staff were excellent
room was a bit tired
1. Location 2. Comfortable bed 3. Breakfast
Our room (executive double no 205) was missing the door to the shower cubicle. A shower curtain had been hung where the door should have been butunfortunately it did not stop the shower water flooding the bathroom floor.
Friendly atmosphere and clean. Staff helpfull, friendly and chatty but not over the top.
The staff were friendly
The bed was quite uncomfortable and the rooms not well decorated. Felt like a school dorm rather than a good quality hotel.
The room and the general run state of the place. Poorly maintained and in need of a complete refurbishment.
One night on Christmas night as with family during the day this hotel was good. Stayed in Brighton not so good the Burlington Hotel was friendlier and a good breakfast with no rush for us to leave the following morning.
No Comment just what we needed.
Very poor breakfast for cost of stay being £100!!
Stayed at this hotel several times always good will return again in February if available
Quietness, politeness, caring staff, although The Hotel was very busy...As there is NO lift - staff carried our bags with pleasure ...
the reception the room the breakfast all of the staff the position
nothing to dislike looking forward to our next stay
Evening staff were lovely
The morning staff being charged £130 extra on no proof. Shower was dangerous.
