Understaffed. Lifts out of action. Receptionist didn't know how to use a phone book. Accommodation in poor repair: bathroom door wouldn't lock, several dud light bullbs, front of a drawer came off.

Great staff, food good and room ok, could do with a bit of modernising though. Would use again and recommend to others but advertising should mention that there is no lift to the bedroom floors as this would be a problem for the disabled. Only the lack of lifts

No Lift to rooms, no offer of help with luggage. Restaurant only used for private events. Arrived Sunday and food stopped serving at 3pm. Had to eat at other times in the bar. Food was tasteless. Breakfast was poor.

Location on sea front Couldn't get bbc pn the tv so after some pushing managed to get a change of room. Facilities ok. Breakfast poor. Only to be used because there aren't any other decent 4 star hotels in Worthing

Excellent function room, bar area. Rooms felt quite basic, no plug or light over dressing table and two members of staff repeatedly saying how busy they are. Customers are not interested in this type of comment. However the bed was excellent.

I liked the choice of continental or full english breakfast. The room was fresh with all the essentials I needed. My stay was very comfortable and the location was great for where I needed to be. A 5 minute taxi ride to the station and I was provided a taxi number etc in the welcome pack provided by the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The location is excellent, as is the breakfast (included in the price). No private parking, but the hotel has a convenient system of allowing you to buy a display ticket to park outside. No food on a Sunday evening!
