Just a 2-minute walk from Bridlington’s lovely South Beach, this AA 4-star guest house offers spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Parking spaces are available on the driveway and directly in front of the guest house. The stay was an enjoyable one. The rooms were very clean and nice. Situated 2 minutes from the front which was ideal. Lovely full english breakfast in the morning.

Nigel&Carol are a lovely couple who run the guest house and look after thier guests with a very pleasent and friendly way,I would not hesitate in recommending the hotel to all types of family and couples or anybody who wants to feel part of this family for thier vacations. Amerry xmas and great new year to all at the family at the Burlington.

We booked the Burlington Quays because of its close proximity to the Spa Theatre, having booked to see a show there. We also chose to stay there because it had full en suite,(a lot of other b and b had shared bathrooms).On arrival we were greeted by Nigel, who introduced us to his wife Carol.Straight away we felt like one of the family.We sat chatting for a while and then were taken on a tour of the premises, before being taken to our room, which was clean tidy and nicely decorated. It had everything you would expect, tea and coffee, TV, hair drier, clock radio and shower gel etc in the bathroom.The best was yet to come. The breakfast was to die for. Nothing, it was a great b and b, ran by a great couple and I am sure we will be back again in the not too distant future.

The owners were excellent without being over friendly. An excellent room and the breakfast was also very good. The value for money was unsurpassed, I dont normally do reviews but in this case I feel a recommendation is absolutley necessary. Also a plus was in this rotten summer we had lovely weather

We were made welcome by Carol,owner and Amy daughter on our arrival. Our bedroom was spotless as was the ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and we were given choices. All in all an excellent guest house,we would definately visit again. Thank you Carol,Nigel and Amy for making us so welcome. George & Linda Jones. Nothing

Burlington Quays is an excellent Guest House it is spotless and the decor is very tasteful. The owners are both friendly and homely. Our room was comfortable with pretty spotless bedlinen; the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed our time there very much and would recommend it to anyone and we will certainly be going there again. Absolutly nothing to put in here.
