Enjoyed breakfast Bed was comfortable & clean Lovely bathroom: lovely hot shower and very clean. Great view Peaceful location
I didn't notice early closure of check-in when I booked; I did email them to say I would be arriving at 7.30 pm & no-one said this would be an issue - when I rang to say I would be later again, no-one answering phone, plus directions I had got me lost. So had to find somewhere else to stay on the first night. In room could have done with a chair to sit on and carpet could have done with another hoover. Could have done with a hand towel as well as big towel in bathroom
Peace and quiet, view from bedroom window. Excellent value for money breakfast very nice.
Mark on the sheet, dark marks on the bathroom floor need door.
the room was fine, comfortable beds, en suite shower and toilet, TV, tea and coffee and Wi-Fi. Very clean, warm and quiet, no noise at all, no issues at all and a bargain at £45. Very good value breakfast also at only £3.50. Would stay again without hesitation.
No complaints at all - perhaps a couple of chairs in the room (there was one but it was a hard backed dining chair so not comfortable for long spells)
Easy to find, A1 staff
Auto lights outside bedrooms.. They came on when somebody else left rooms. Woke all up at 6am.
mouldy wet walls, no wifi, heating didn't work
Our double room was not in use so we had a 3 bed family room Plenty of free parking
We had a 3 bed family room big room but only one CH rad not efficient. As we had 3 beds we had to use all 3 duvets to be warm. CH came on about 0630 went off by 8am . Staff came in at 10am so no breakfast before 10.30am so we had to buy in. Bar closed at 6 pm in a 3 night stay staff only emptied our waste bin once bathroom toilet rolls not replenished. Bathroom looks modern but small wash basin fitted difficult to get my size 9 hands in. Details on the internet poor. OK if you play golf but not a family friendly place its a club with rooms not a hotel. Staff double as bar staff . maids and anything else. We would not stop there again there are much better places to stay in the area
Breakfast is only available during a weekends.
very good value for money
breakfast was a bit limited - cooked breakfast and cereal, not much else eg fruit. but the staff were lovely.
Excellent value and so much better view than you would get at a Premier Inn or Travelodge. Superb low cost breakfast at weekends.
Our daughter and son-in-laws room was damp (Flat 2) but ours (Flat 5) was lovely. Can be noisy from other guests on a Saturday night but that's true of most places.
very peaceful, nice views
no hair drier in room
It was nice and quiet and the staff were very friendly . A down to earth golf club .
The bar was not open during the evening which was a bit of a shame . The disabled bedroom wants a bit of refurbishment however the other bedrooms were very good .
Lovely location Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast
Nothing springs to mind
helpfulness of staff and all we needed in rooms
taxi drivers unable to find wedding venue. although it was in a 10 mile radius
Rooms were lovely, clean and beds really comfy. The golf course was good Staff really friendly and helpful Good breakfast
Club house needed updating which I understand is happening.
Comfortable and clean room - close to centre of Kidderminster - good price.
Difficult to find as the postcode is not recognised by a Sat Nav and signage from the main roads is poor - Restaurant times were limited during our stay
The cleanliness of the room. the breakfast was of good quality
The steep stairs to the room.given my husband is a stroke survivor and his balance is not good. The plastic mattress cover, really hates static electricity coming from the bed and sweating due to the cover. I eventually took the cover off and slept fine after that.
Excellent value, good location, friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast
Nicely converted older property, comfy beds and nice shower room.Good breakfast but was extra, when I booked it looked like B&B.
Arrived about 9pm,no lights on,went up and down drive trying to discover where it was.Eventually found note on door saying ring this number.Spoke to one of staff day before they not say it was difficult to find.Anyway we get in room smell of damp and bed not aired.Damp on wall behind bed.A lot of noise from upstairs at night and Sunday morning so would recommend upstairs room.Otherwise OK
Reception/bar area needs a revamp and facilities for evening meals. Although the girl did make myself and grandson a meal as long as we eat at 5 before she finished at 6.
Could buy breakfast in bar the next morning Staff very polite and friendly
No soundproofing at all, could hear everyone coming and going
lean faculty met our needs but was hard to find.
place is nice and clean very quite great bathroom facilties staff very professional and friendly
bar closes around 18.00pm breakfast doesn't start till 10am
The Room, and the facilities were good
After settling in our room when going out could not give the keys to anyone and then had to post them next day There should have been a reception to keep the same or a post box
Clean and well equipped room for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice views over the golf course. Good value breakfast.
Nothing at the price
