Spacious, uncluttered but stylish. Very well equipped kitchen etc. Roof garden - a lovely feature and great for smokers. City centre location couldn't be more convenient for all amenities and transport links.
Location was hard to beat - 2 minutes away from Birmingham New Street, bathroom shower was good pressure
Nauseating smell that stayed all day/night - turned out to be a terrible cheap, synthetic air freshener that made us all feel queasy. Long dark hairs all over the bed and bathroom, window that faced a brick wall, windows in poor repair, no staff/front desk and security code didn't work late at night, no wifi (or no wifi instructions/code anywhere), cheap furnishings, dingy
Only stayed one night great apartment every thing i needed was there will stay again highly recommend.
I got lost on the way to the Barclay card arena?
The House is less than five minutes walking from the station. Modern forniture, big kitchen and really comfortable bedroom.
The apartament where we stayed is a bit noisy due to the pub in front of it. However, the noise does not reach the bedrooms and stops very early at night.
The size of the room , and the central location was great
Everything was acceptable
Location great, comfortable, close to restaurants shops stations museums etc. really enjoyed everything about it!
Can't think of anything
Location and room
I have still not recieved my deposit back
Generally clean and tidy Location is good
DVD player with no cable to connect to the TV! All 4 rings of the hob on when we arrived Cigarette butts on the balcony Internet access didn't work, even though connected to WiFi without issue
Nice clean and functional apartment
Long distance from TV to settee and bed but not an 'issue'
Room facilities and easy walk to New Street station.
Pub opposite was noisy in the living area.
Heating and TV not working, lumpy mattress. Early morning noise from rubbish collections in alley below apartment, very noisy!
can't not check in firstday.. so... should stay other hotel and pay by oursleves
we never got the e-mail how to check in... when we arrived midnight, they didn't reveive the phone and we should stay other hotel. they refused refund. also they didn't clean and change the towel. every time we should call to change the towel. otherwise, they never change the towel. whenever they received the e-mail from me, they never reply. I should call them and it's not easy to connect. it was the most worst ...I've ever stay
This accommodation was great for its location. Also good amount of space within the apartment.
Bed was not very comfortable as I could feel all the springs - but once I got to sleep I was fine.
If you look for apartment, it is a great option. I like its living room and kitchen.
Bathroom is a bit small.
Location was great, simple check in and out procedure. Apartment was spacious and secure.Powerful shower.
The fixtures and furnishings were generally tired and in need of replacement. The cleanliness was satisfactory at best.
Liked the location
Apartment was shabby and needed a good dust! Arrived at 3pm to check in and keys not available. Had to wait till 3.20. Tried to call helplines but offices closed: not impressed.
I booked 2 apartments for me and my friends so we could have a day out shopping then out for a meal on the night! I did look at hotels but they started from £100, I couldn't believe the price of the apartments considering all the facilities they have, nice big clean rooms and the beds were so comfy! I loved the priviate terrace on top of the roof too, also the location was amazing! We could walk back to the apartment at any time to take things back, or just pop out to the tescos was 2 mins away, I would stay here again!
Nothing I didn't like really, both rooms where huge and very clean! Easy to find and very cheap!
No reception at apartment, doors were abit aged and hard to open.
- the location in the city center - the kitchen well equiped
- the single glass windows: it is noisy and cold. I was thinking a windows was open as you listen everything from the street - the bathroom where is still no tap with mixing valve.
It smelt of old cigarettes - I am a smoker and it was a really odd smell. The check in time was 3 - we wanted to arrive at 1 and it was a bit complicated sorting out baggage and check in. When you have to check out at 10 the next day - checking in 1 seems reasonable for them to have turned around the apartment.
good position, near the train station and museum. Kitchen is good and the room is cozy.
I am not sure it is because of the ventilator or something else, it is quite cold at night.
Location- close to New Street Station, business/meeting venues, restaurants/pubs The extra freedon of apartment facilities when away from home on business alone Good strong shower
Decor and lighting was a bit basic (not a particularly warm or homely atmosphere) Bed was low and not the most comfortable
For our first time in the city of Birmingham, this location was spot on, close to all the places that I wanted to visit, walking distance of 2 minutes from Victoria Square and ten from Pershore Street car park ( one of the cheapest! )
Our apartment was facing the street with a few pub's the first night was difficult for the children to sleep.
Layout, facilities, all ready to stay, clean. I do recommend to stay there.
Little unclear on getting keys, code didn't work, random person turn up and helped, probably building keeper, friendly and helpful. Bathroom was little old but all clean.
i love everything about it, me and husband really had a nice time, we are able to do our cooking laundry just like we are in our house, we looking forward for another holiday in city quarters.
