The garden was a wonderful respite from the craziness of jet lag.

The location was great - agree with Ann felt safe and secure. A feeling of being with nature with the view of the garden across the road and back garden from the dinning room and bar area.Very peaceful considering how close you are to a main road and within walking distance to all the facs you need for your stay.

Hotel is placed in good location, nearby some shops and restaurants, with easy access from the Earl's Court station. Good room, comfortable bed, clean and safe.

The windows were not fitting perfectly thus allowing some wind to enter into the room - that was not bad in summer but I guess the room could get colder during autumn/winter.

The staff at this hotel are superb and go all out to please. The location around the corner from the tube in an interesting section of Kensington was perfect. This is a good and economical hotel IF the weather is cool.

No air conditioning and our room must have approached 90 degrees. The staff gave us table-top fans but this just pushed the hot air around. Also, rooms are extremely small which would not be a deal breaker in cooler weather.

Best Western Burns Hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes walking distance from Earls Court Station. It is surrounded by good restaurants, shops and pubs. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with larger than average rooms and bathrooms for hotels in this price range. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was pretty with clasical fixtures and furniture.

No room at all for any of our luggage. For such a tiny room I have no idea why they had two bulky chairs, a desk and a wardrobe in there. It was also extremely stuffy and the walls are very thin so every time someone came home late during the night you could hear them loud and clear. Not a place to stay if you want a good night sleep.

Staff very nice and kind, the room I had was a bit bigger than the one I booked, very silent and clean. Small, but it was ok.

Wifi was very bad, low signal. The room was hot, without air conditioning.

This was the second separate stay at the hotel in a week and approx my sixth during the past 18 months which reflects my satisfaction level with this hotel in aspects - staff, comfort, facilities, location etc

As usual - no criticism applicable

I stayed at this hotel before joining a Topdeck tour and I loved it! When I arrived at the Burns I was absolutely exhausted - it had been a long day, but the reception staff were so friendly and helpful that it didn't take me long to relax. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the bed was so extremely comfy I felt like I was in heaven. The proximity to Earls Court is a real positive - it is so easy to get into the city from here, and also from Heathrow Airport. I am a backpacker, so I can't afford to stay again - but if I could I would gladly! Thank you SO much!!

    Nothing!

Not far from Earl's Court Many shops and pub nearby Very comfortable bed Nice choice at breakfast Available reception

The door from the bathroom couldn't be widely open (blocked by the bed) Opening the window for some air is not convenient

Short walk from the tube station and nice quiet street. Got upgraded to a family room which was nice.

No air conditioning - too hot to sleep. Even though we had a very large bedroom, the bathroom was tiny.

Good value, elegant decorations and clean. I wish I could stay at this hotel longer. Will come visit this hotel again for sure if I have chance to.

Unfortunately very low wi-fi signals reach my room and I was unable even get connected to the network.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Shops and public transport are around the corner.

No air conditioning. I had a room on the top floor and requested a fan. It did little to cool the room. Hair conditioner is not provided in the bathroom amenities. Continental breakfast is very basic. The lift is slow and sometimes unreliable - take the stairs instead.
