Creaky floors carpet
there is a lift, which many hotels in London don't have. The room was relatively big compared to many hotels in London. Good location.
Love the location. Been here many times. They have certain rooms that are better then other rooms. Rooms at front of building tend to be more noisy due to outside noise. There are many places around the corner in the street to have great breakfast, dinner etc.
Excellent customer service by all staff. our Basement room was clean throughout, a comfortable bed .Nice room and No noise. Late booking cost. Excellent value.
Nothing to complain about.
good room size, quiet at night, window with a view from the bedroom
Location excellent. Good value without compromising on standards. We got free upgrade to a better room
It was quite late when we checked in. We were told we had been upgraded. The room however was a double not a twin so we were moved to another room which was lovely but we thought it was a little noisy as it was on the ground floor. We will use this hotel again though when visiting london.
Good location and friendly staff. nice upgrade as well which was a lovely tsunny!
Excellent location for easy links to the centre of London to see the sights. Very close to Earls Court Tube Station. Very comfortable bar area with very good service. Will definitely use this hotel again.
Bed was very soft, and at a slight angle so a fear of falling out. Room at night was very warm, with very little ventilation. The free WI-Fi was very difficult to fathom.
Was given the 'honeymoon suite' which was small but lovely. The bathroom complete with roll top bath is very nice. Just needed some bubble bath!
Room (and indeed the hotel in general) was far too hot so had to leave the window open. I was right over the main entrance and woken up at 5.30am by very vocal coach driver!
Good location, not central, but 3 minutes walk from the Earl's Court tube station (Picadilly and District lines). Shops 2 minutes walk. Hotel reasonably priced for London, no complaints there. Clean. Friendly staff.
Great location, very easy access to Earls Court tube station
Needed to ask for an extra blanket as was a little cool overnight. It was the change of season so heating not fully on.
The location was great. Easy access to the tube and restaurants. Bathroom was nice. Great shower.
Room was small and bed not that comfortable.
Many London hotels can be very impersonal but I was impressed by the warm friendly staff. They were always happy to be of assistance. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the prices were extremely reasonable e.g. for breakfast, drinks etc. I was impressed.
The perfect location for exploring the city, great facilities!
Room in the basement....
The location to the Tube and the many choices of restaurants at your doorstep (well, just around the corner). Was given an upgrade to a family room (larger room) upon arrival ... very pleased.
No aircondtioning. But keep in mind, we came during London's warmest September since records began.
Very helpful staff
The hotel was very well located, being a short walk from Earls Court tube. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and spoke excellent English (as a second language). The bathroom was a good size and the shower had a good stream of water. I did not try the breakfast so cannot comment.
The decor is very dated and the room carpet was very stained. The double room was small (but that is expected in London).
Very helpful staff.
Like most of the hotels we stayed in, there was no top sheet and I was continually pulling the doona on and off as I kept getting too hot.
Liked the homely atmosphere and very helpful staff.
Godo location Clean
Room too hot. Single room but quite small
decent size room, very close to underground
The beds are extremely comfortable! The rooms must be sound proofed because we heard nothing !
Since there was no A/C perhaps a fan in each room would be a nice touch!
I have stayed at this hotel on about 7 occasions over the past 18 months and always found every aspect consistently excellent especially the friendly staff
Good quiet clean room
Wifi was poor, dropping connection
