Th room I had was terrible: small, smelly (sewage) and I think I could hear rats scraping behind the wall partitions. The window was overlooking an internal shaft with brooms and cleaning stuff and some kind of dirty internal pantry. Worst experience at a hotel ever. To add insult to injury I was charged extra for using the room safe. I used to like Best Western but will not stay at a bw hotel ever again after this experience.

I was made welcome by the staff. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped for an overnight stay. The hotel was quiet at night, I had a smoke-free, perfume free room. I especialle enjoyed the bathtub. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. The hotel is very close to the tube station and on the Victoria Line from Heathrow. Also it is situated near Central London. From this hotel I could easily travel to the o2 and also the Oxford street and some main points of interest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location - close to tube-station but on a quiet street Helpful reception staff Breakfast cooked to order Very small bedroom and on the shabby side, though the bathroom was new and clean. Carpets not vacuumed properly, either in bedroom or reception area which made it feel grubby

Good location I was given a single room which was next to a generator that did not let me sleep; I requested the generator to be tuned off before going to bed otherwise I wanted a different room. The generator was initially turned off and at 2 am itstarted again so I had to change room at 2 am. Not a pleasant nigh sleep when next day you have to be fully switched on at work. Very disappointed.

There is a window in 52 that is broken and upon coming back to the room I noticed it was open. This window should be fixed as it is on the bottom floor and is a safety issue.

For convenience the hotel gets top marks - it's located at Earls Court, a few minutes from the Picadilly line Tube, convenient for Heathrow and the city. It is in a peaceful location overlooking a small park, but close to restaurants, shops and bars. It is cosy and warm, despite being a bit dated, and is clean and well kept. The staff are efficient and friendly. I would certainly recommend it for a city break in London. It could do with some refurbishment.

Had a double delux room, very clean and large room, small bathroom but why do you need lots of space in a bathroom, overall very good , would stay there again, pleasent staff, great location just around from Earls Court tube station.

Location - Near Earls Court Hotel is VERY tired. Money needs to be spent to bring hotel up to prices being asked for rooms. My room window did not close and rattled all night.

Have stayed before convenient location for Earls Court, reason for stay. Using a booking site probably means we are offered the poorer quality rooms. Bathroom tired, curtains not fixed properly. Staircase to the lower floor is quite steep, could not get lift down also carpet on staircase torn and loose, potential hazard. If I recommeded this to a friend I would suggest they ask for a better room.

It is located in a very nice traditional London neighbourhood with fine architecture and historical buildings. The room was very small, the rooms are not soundproof and so every morning you hear doors slamming, and it's high priced considering the quality that is delivered.

The staff : Friendly, helpful and professional. The location: The hotel is at two minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. The Internet connection is useless – when worked it was extremely slow. I had to hire this service from an external provider. The floor of my room, the hallway and guest rooms around mine creaked loudly. This issue was specially annoying at night.

The staff : It was outstanding - friendly, helpful and professional. The location: The hotel is at two minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. The Internet connection is useless – when worked it was extremely slow; It shouldn’t be advertised as a feature of the hotel. The floors creak very loudly and is annoying specially at night.

Very convenient location: close from the tube, but very calm as it's situated in Barkston gardens. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, and the room, although it was a single one, was large enough to have a pleasant stay.

Kindness of staff, very close to metro station (1min on foot) and to many pubs and resturants, clean and confortable room, quiet envoronment, free wifi Almost nothing wrong. Just the price of breakfast is too high, I preferred to go elsewhere to have cheaper breakfasts.

This hotel was ideally located for the Royal Albert Hall, Earls Court and the the underground stations. After reading some reviews I was slightly wary but we were very pleasantly surprised as we had very nice spacious rooms which exceeded our expectations.
