Only 5 minute walk from Earls Court tube station. Rooms are very small. Old fashioned. No air conditioning and it was so hot. |

Excellent location close to tube station yet quiet and relaxing. Lovely decor in public areas, lovely decor in room, which was warm, with plenty of hot water and high standard of cleanliness. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. It was fantastic value for money and I will certainly stay there again. I have nothing negative to say at all, though the breakfast could perhaps be a little more varied. |

staff are always very friendly and helpful. The single rooms are good size and comfortable. I like that area of london -the square is so quiet and there are plenty of places to eat not to mention great transport links to rest of london. One of my favorite hotels |

Location, staff, my room, service, all was very good. The room was very nice an quiet. the only thing that was not good: they were not able to find my reservation on their computer, apparently the reservation was "lost". I had to wait for a while because of that. |

Quiet and respectable area, hotel safe for single female visitor. Reception and restaurant staff verging on rude. Voucher system for breakfast if not included in price paid for room not good. Would prefer receptionists with English mother tongue. |

Close to well-connected tube station. Pleasant surroundings from the tube station to the hotel. The english breakfast was tasty (but a bit expensive). Somewhat draughty windows, but this problem seems to be common all over the UK. Double glasing would solve this (and reduce the energy bills). |

Hotel was small, however it was clean and tidy. Location for tube station was excellent. Close to high street with good selection of bars & cafe's Smallest double room I have ever seen in a hotel. Staff were nosy in the morning moving furniture across the landing. Clearers woke us up twice on the morning we departed trying the enter the room at 7.30 and again at 8.15am |
