Th room I had was terrible: small, smelly (sewage) and I think I could hear rats scraping behind the wall partitions. The window was overlooking an internal shaft with brooms and cleaning stuff and some kind of dirty internal pantry. Worst experience at a hotel ever. To add insult to injury I was charged extra for using the room safe. I used to like Best Western but will not stay at a bw hotel ever again after this experience.

I stayed in a single room and, for the standard in London, has a good size. The position is great, near the Earls Court tube and the internet connection is free. Staff was nice. For me the mattress was too soft and couldn't sleep very well. In the evening you can hear the noise from the trains outside, but you can sleep. For a couple of night and for business is ok!

I was made welcome by the staff. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped for an overnight stay. The hotel was quiet at night, I had a smoke-free, perfume free room. I especialle enjoyed the bathtub. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. The hotel is very close to the tube station and on the Victoria Line from Heathrow. Also it is situated near Central London. From this hotel I could easily travel to the o2 and also the Oxford street and some main points of interest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was ideally located for the Royal Albert Hall, Earls Court and the the underground stations. After reading some reviews I was slightly wary but we were very pleasantly surprised as we had very nice spacious rooms which exceeded our expectations.

Great location near Earl's Court tube. I was born and lived in London for many years and you can't beat this area if you are a tourist on a budget. I had a cheaper room but the facilities and level of comfort was very good for the price. Quiet so I slept well. Much better than the Barkston Gardens Hotel two doors down. Nothing really - difficult to compare with a Best Western North America.

It was convenient and in a quiet location for our purpose, so thank you Yes on the whole a good little hotel but in need of improvements. Our room on the 4th floor was very tired and in need of painting and repair. The bathroom door needed replacing as there was a hole at the bottom of the door.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. This hotel is NOT value for money - do not stay here unless you have to!! The rooms are TINY - we had absolutely no free space. There was only 6 inches between the end of the bed and the wall, you could barely walk past. Some of the rooms are in the basement, with no natural light. The lift can only fit 2 people with the smallest of suitcases. Stay elsewhere!

The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The room I was assigned to is very well-facilitated and quite clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent, with a good range of choices offered. The location is excellent, being about 5 mins walk away from the Earl's Court Underground Station and there are many shops and eating outlets, including m&s Simply Food, Co-Op, Boots and Burger King nearby. The cost of breakfast was not included when booking was made. In the end I have to get breakfast vouchers from the counter staff and the bills were added on top of the room charge for the 5 nights I stayed. For regular internet users, please be warned that the Wifi, although free of charge, can be quite unstable from time to time, especially in the evenings. I had to restart my laptop and re-login in other to stay online.

The location was brilliant and the area itself very pretty. The staff, with one or two exceptions were very pleasant and helpful. On two occasions, a Saturday and following Sunday, the restaurant simply closed - without notice or bonus. On Saturday they were booked for a special event and would not take room service orders. On Sunday, we returned from an exhausting day only to find the dining room was closed. While there were other places nearby, advance notification of the closing would have been great appreciated.

The Duty Manager, Tommy, was superb. I had a problem with the first room I was given and he sorted this out with no fuss. he is a credit to himself and the company. It is wonderful to receive this kind of attentiveness. I hope you let him know that he got praised! My first room was shabby. Carpet coming away at the en-suite door, window in en-suite was filthy, and the plug in the washhand basin was stuck closed so the water didn't drain away. Based on the standard of this room I would not recomment the hotel - I would tell people to avoid it.

Very clean, not overly small room. Really nice continental breakfast. Excellent location 100 m. to Earl's Court tube station. Fun neighborhood, yet hotel is quiet. No internet access, though advertised; was told it was not hotel's fault. No offer to provide compensation. Shower head was tilted at an angle to the side, so spray did not come down straight.

Have stayed before convenient location for Earls Court, reason for stay. Using a booking site probably means we are offered the poorer quality rooms. Bathroom tired, curtains not fixed properly. Staircase to the lower floor is quite steep, could not get lift down also carpet on staircase torn and loose, potential hazard. If I recommeded this to a friend I would suggest they ask for a better room.
