Centrally located just around the corner from Earls Court Station with Museums & Harrods not to far away. Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days there.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although we arrived earlier, they were able to accommodate us to our room at that time. We are a family of three and we could find a room to accommodate us, which is rare in the UK. The location was fantastic, at a walking distance to the V&A, Natural History and Science museums also very close to a tube station.
We got upgraded because it was the last night of our honey moon
Firstly they have lift which not most of London hotels have, breakfast is good
Room too small, wifi disconnects every now and then
I have stayed here before and, as I was in London for a specific event, its location was excellent. It met my needs fully in almost all aspects. I booked a single room but, as I am a member of Best Western Rewards, I was given a free upgrade to a double.
The shower!! This was one of those dreadful, large fixed head showers with controls at the back. It was like standing in a hailstorm, initially in freezing conditions! I resorted to standing outside the cubicle and sponging myself down.
A large spacious room with very comfortable bed.
The shower/bathroom in my room was small and essentially a step in step out room with no space to move about. There was no hanging space for towels it was that small.
Location There was a lift Staff were helpful
In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the usual standards of "Best Western": the room and bed are too small for two persons, otherwise OK
Location, staff and cleanliness.
Very small single room.
Location cleanliness friendliness of staff
nothing really if I was to say anything the room was too hot
Location is very good for public transport system and for walking from. Hotel is situated on a quiet terrace.
My room was airless and the kitchen extractor fan beneath made it impossible to leave a window open , should have requested another room on reflection.
The location, the facilities, the cleanliness and comfort were of a very high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel advertises free wi fi this is not really true. The wifi service is spasmodic. It only works sometimes.
Very friendly staff that allow me to feeling as at home, in particular I remeber Ms. Elisa, speaking my own language. Very clean quite and confortable Hotel. I've sleept in perfect relax. The lift was so silent, that I thought it was not working. The room was good, looking over a very nice, quiet square. No noise in it. The room, was a little bit small, but adeguate for London standards. The location (Earl Court) was not, in my first choice, however the tube station was so close that it was not a big problem.
Just if I forced myself to find something not very good, I can say that the bed was appropriate, but a little bit soft for aged people. But it was not a big problem
The room had windows to the back yard and was really quiet. The hotel is located conveniently, close to the tube station but nevertheless quiet.
Locatin is unrivalled.
The location, the cleanliness, the staff - a good understated hotel, exactly what you need in a vibrant part of London.
There is nothing I din not like.
Attention and quickly response. Really nice staff.
In the middle of the night I heard water falling from the ceiling. It was like a shower rain. Horrible feeling.
The hotel was in a good location to the venue I was attending.
a very small room
This hotel was within a block of Earl's Court subway station which is a very baggage friendly metro stop. It is on the Piccadilly Line which is the line that runs to Heathrow. There are ramps and elevators to accommodate suitcases. The hotel was nicely appointed, the staff friendly and the room and bath were nicely done.
Even though I was there in November I felt like the room was too warm and there was no air conditioner. We could open the window and that did help make it more comfortable.
Comfortable bed, lovely view over gardens, close to station.
very good location - 2 minutes walk to tube, pubs and shops. good breakfast comfortable room
Fantastic location, clean and comfortable
No parking and unhelpful staff in terms of parking. Cold small basement room, no breakfast included and breakfast option expensive.
the hotel is extremely easy to reach from Earls Court tube station - cross the road and walk about 200m. The reception staff were welcoming and courteous and the room was spotlessly clean with coffee/tea-making facilities. Although I could hear every footstep out in the corridor from my room, there was no one walking around in the middle of the night so I slept really well.
The room was small and the shower room even smaller.....but fine for one person for one night. The bed was the usual bouncy English bed - not everyone's cup of tea!
