many stays in Burns Hotel, warm welcome. Reasonable price for very central location, though single rooms are small. Fine for a night or two.
Situated conveniently in the heart of Earls Court.Staff very friendly and informed me of the facility to store bags after checkout-this was very helpful to me.
Bed was not the comfiest but not worth complaining about
The twin room very small and creaking floorboards very noisy.
The one thing is the worst.... the power was out intermittently.... sometimes couldn't use an electric kettle and dryer and TV
Being located in a quiet and attractive garden square just minutes from Earl's Court Underground station (but not affected by the noise of trains) and all the amenities of Earl's Court Road, this hotel is ideally located. Although the breakfast room is very pleasant, you can also buy healthy food from the M&S at the corner of the street, and of course there are plenty of coffee places. The rooms are about standard size for a London 3-star, the bathroom was fine and the shower excellent. The staff at reception were friendly and efficient.
WiFi signal in the room was very spotty. One of the two rooms I stayed in had extremely creaky floors, which can get annoying.
- room design and comfort - nice breakfast room - helpful staff - good location
- terrible old windows, which cannot close properly and thus cause significant noise in the room
Noisy room due to air passing through the window!
I had a double room and it was well presented and comfortable
Wifi connectivity not the best but available
Perfect location, close to the Earl's court tube station, shops, ATM's and nice pubs.
Small room, shaky wifi at times.
Location, helpful staff, value for money and everything you needed for a one night stay.
Just beginning to look a little tired.
Comfy bed. Friendly staff.cheap.
free upgrade to twin room- which then had less room than single. Squeaky floorboards so felt guilty walking around. Dated decor.
internet is very annoying, you have to reconnect all the time, and new passwords. not practical at all
Neat single room with large bathroom - clean and comfortable
Location, pleasant interiors, friendly staff, general amenities & services available.
Room was near/behind lift, not ideal in terms of noise.
Location is great, Just 2-3 minutes walking to Earl's Court station. Relatively cheep (when comparing to other hotels in London) so I would probably go there again and would suggest to friends!
Very bad WiFi in the room. I did have the connection but it took time to load pages, and no way to have a skype or other voice or video call... streaming video from the web? no way!
Good sized room. Bath as well as shower. Plenty of storage. Friendly staff.
Excellent location, less than a three minute walk from Earl's Court tube station, which is on the District and Piccadilly lines. Surrounded by cafes, pubs, yet in a quiet location. Comfortable beds, very clean.
The wifi connection was a bit patchy in my room and you need to log each device on separately. Each wifi code only lasts 24 hours and automatically logs you out when your device is switched off so you have to re-logon each time.
-Near tube station. -Close to Chelsea & South Ken. -Not far from centre.
-Nothing in special.
Whenever in London I choose earls court area to stay. The hotel is at best proximity to earls court tube station. Easily accessible to city n heathrow. The hotel is good for short stay. Apt breakfast to start the day. Good comfortable bed and cleaned daily.
Only complaint is had is my room floor which was making noise and not study, cracking floor. Rest all excellent.
Excellent location next to Earls Court underground station. Good choice if fair price.
Room was sub-standard for this hotel (this is my 4th or 5th stay). But they offered to change it. Always scruffy by North American standards it now needs a makeover.
good location very near earls court station but in quiet square.cafes and shops nearby.good ,comfy single room with decent shower, wardrobe with hangers and good size desk/dressing table.very good value (on special offer).I have stayed in this area before and find it very convenient.room service quite quick and useful.very pleasant and helpful staff.
lift quite slow but adequate, no double glazing (on top floor at least)but no noise problem.
The rooms are unbelievably small but worse was the condition. I was advised that they were renovating the rooms and hadn't gotten to mine yet. Irrelevant in my view - at that price you can reasonably expect it to be well maintained.
Room rate should include breakfast.
Breakfast was nice
Last day towel was dirty
