Able to check in early as requested. Staff efficient and friendly. Pleasent room. As we had courtyard room an umbrella would be useful in room in case of rain.

It was close to centre of town, I had a nice view from the room and the bed was comfortable. I was particularly disappointed with the low pressure showering, I expected to get a good powerful shower when paying £73.00, this was the only disappointment in an otherwise peasant stay,.

The location and the quality of the hotel is good. Staff very friendly and professional. However, the shower was not working in the room as it delivered extremely hot water followed by cold water for 10 seconds. My husband almost burnt his back. Furthermore, the toilet when flushing made an awful noise that could be heard at the end of the corridor. We reported both issues to Reception and on checking out were not even offered a discount or refund.

Central location in the town and everything within walking distance. Has lovely courtyard and gardens and good parking. On this visit had top floor room in annexe - small window overlooking the gardens but plenty of room space with adequate bathroom. Bar and lounge very pleasant and particularly welcoming and cosy on a winter evening with open fires. Did not eat in hotel so cannot comment on the food although restaurant was well presented. Necessary to speak to hotel on phone prior to arrival and response was friendly and informative.

The location is excellent. The condition of the hotel is shabby, with peeling wallpaper, holes in the bedroom walls and worn carpet. The staff seem inexperienced and unable to cope with the hotel computer system.

The hotel was very relaxed, no intrusion and considering it is in the town centre was generally quiet. Parking facility excellent. The staff on the odd occasion I spoke with them were very polite and helpful.

It is the central location and quietness of the hotel. There is also a lot of history looking at the facilities of the hotel. The atmosphere is relaxing and there is a semblance of a homely atmosphere in the hotel setting and facilities. I can recommend the staff of this hotel because they are really helpful and very courteous. When my schedule was changed and advanced for one day , the hotel staff helped me to be booked in one of their sister hotels at London Heathrow and ensured that all arrangements were confirmed. Great Hotel and I had a great stay. Nothing to say as the hotel is First Class.

The hotel was very attractive and in a beautiful setting. The staff wrer always extremely pleasant and helpful. We were very impressed with the breakfast and the town itself was a very attractive place to visit. I would certainly recommend others to stay at this hotel for b and b only, not for dinner. See below..... ....Dinner was an entirely different experience. The majority of diners at our table ordered steaks. Out of approx. 12 people, pnly one received the meal they ordered. Steaks arrived at the table with staff not knowing who ordred what. Well done steaks were served as medium and medium as rare. Food arrived cold and the kitchen seemed unable to rectify what became a disaster. My fellow diners ended up accepting what their was so they had something to eat rather than what they had ordered. The staff did seem embarassed and offered a reduction (30% I think) on the total bill. If we had not been sitting at a table of 15 or so people, I would have been minded not to pay at all for what was very poor. The staff serving the meals were very pleasant, the food certainly was not.

It was very reasonably priced for what it was and it's location in the centre of Farnham was perfect for what we wanted. Waiting 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast!

Proximity to wedding venue - Northbrook Park. Staff very friendly. Fresh fruit at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. En suite fittings of excellent quality. Gardens a delight. On site parking a real bonus. Dinner food disappointing in quality and quantity. Short staffed and seemed to want us started and finished as soon as possible. Told we could only eat at 7.00pm, as a large party was coming in later. Not true as we were the only group all night.Staff got orders all wrong, but did offer 40% discount on bill.

We came for a wedding and many of the guests also stayed there. Everything seemed to go very well, with no problems caused by so many weekend arrivals.

We booked 2 double rooms for 1 night so that we could attend a family party in Farnham and not have to worry about drink/drive back home. We found the staff at reception to be efficient and happy to welcome you,the rooms were of good standard having been recently refurbished. Although very busy with 2 weddings that day all went very well and breakfast was no problem with the ammount of people. Will use again very soon thanks

We only stayed the one night b & b to visit family nearby. We were very comfortable, huge bed. Several very pleasant outdoor areas to sit, surprising in the centre of Farnham.

The staff were always courteous and helpful, nothing was too much for them to do and they were all polite. The food was good and the room comfortable with a good bed! The allocated room was in the refirbjshed part of the hotel but beside a busy road. as I live in the middle of the countryside it was very noisy! Not a complaint just an observation.
