staff great, food great ,bed comfortable
Excellent location for wedding
Don't order room service breakfast cold!
Helpful and friendly staff. The food was very good both at breakfast and in the evenings
Limited use of leisure facilities due to building work, Sunday opening hours and swimming lessons being held at a prime time for guests. None of which were noted on the hotel's website.
Room slept 4 but has a separate room for the children which we loved
Need refurbishment in some areas very old style the overflow car park is very very badly lit
I liked everything about the hotel it wasn't to far from Coleraine either the staff were very helpful and friendly we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back
There was nothing I didn't like
Rooms Food SPA
Food and service was praiseworthy Accomodation comfortable.
Trying to find the location on SatNav
Lovely food and the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient.
Although my booking was made months in advance they still double booked it - a mistake or sheer greed? I was on a business trip and had to share a room with my boss, against company policy and rather uncomfortable. They compensated us with a bottle of wine but the whole thing was most unprofessional.
Staff pleasant food lovely
Wifi could be better
Staff were really friendly and helpful, food was excellent.
Comfortable bed Nice dark bedroom due to heavy curtains.
Cold breakfast Disappointed that Derek Ryan wasn't playing as advertised when I booked Bank Holiday Monday and I was never emailed to say that. Derek Ryan was the purpose of us driving 60 odd miles to see him.
We had a lovely bright spacious bedroom and the breakfast next morning was delicious, also the staff were very pleasant nothing was any bother to them.
Nothing to do with hotel probably but a lot of dogs barking nearby in early morning.
The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and the evening meals were excellent.
There were no healthy options for breakfast. If you don't like fry-ups and toast and tinned fruit you're stuck. And a TV on at breakfast isn't my cup of tea.
Great staff. Very good service. Great breakfast in the B&B booking. Very nice evening meal with a cast menu choice; and fast. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lots of room where groups can spread out, sit down in lounge chairs and talk in peace.
You'll need a taxi from the train/ bus station. This hotel isn't in town. And you'll struggle with a bus. It's in the country but there's plenty of taxis and it'll only cost 4.50 to 5 quid each way. A sooooooo pretty in the country.
Friendly staff, perfect food, good music, nice rooms.
The only thing we didn't like was that the pool closed at 5.30pm. We have been a few times and were able to stay in a lot later. As we didn't arrive until near 4pm we didn't have long in the pool!
I had requested Goat's Milk, as my wife is intolerant to Cow's Milk. I was delighted that this was ready and waiting for us when we arrived.
The fire alarm going off at 3:00 am, because some idiot was smoking in his room! Not the hotel's fault!
Everything was brilliant about our stay hotel staff were excellent.
Staff were helpfull. Breakfast was good.
Bathroom had a puddle below extractor fan. Shower was almost impossible to turn on and worse to get off. Noise in the corridor was uncomfortable late in the night and early in the morning. Needs alot of work done and definetly not worth 180 pounds for two nights B&B. Very disappointed.
Nice venue. Liked the wee nooks and cranies. Scenery was lovely. Staff we're pleasant and friendly. Will def be visiting the Bushtown again.
Had no problems
Not a bad price for what you get. Food good, very friendly did what it said on the tin.
The beds very uncomfortable needs a lick of paint, needs to have a warm welcome.

outside garden needs a good tidy up. room window was right up against a hedge with no view at all.
quiet, a very good night's sleep, a good konfort, good service
No wifi in rooms
Comfortable beds, friendly staff
