Comfortable and clean, All round good value
Nothing to dislike if I was to be picky the rattling head board, the stained carpet, and you needed to run shower for a while for hot water to come through.
staff were friendly and excellent, location was very good, room very clean and tidy
disappointed in size of room, bigger than a single but not adequate as a double - very disappointed with tea tray which we thought was situated in a tiny area and could be dangerous - had to put the kettle on the floor to boil and squeeze into tiny area to prepare drinks
Loved everything accept the size of the bedroom. Loved the breakfast, the cleanliness of all areas and the staff all superb. Only there for two nights so not a big issue.
The bedroom was very small for a double room. Wash basin next to bed. Very little room between end of bed and wall. Wall light position indicated had been a single room converted to double. Shame as this spoilt the hotel for us only staying two nights so didn't complain but if we had booked in for longer would have asked for a move. We also had to wait for maintenance to put the sliding door back on its runners as the previous occupant had broken it. The cleaner should perhaps have noticed it as it was obvious there was a problem with the door.
Location and parking and nice modern bathrom
There was a problem with bathroom sink room 306, plug wouldn't release properly so water took a long time to empty. Also heating in hotel too warm and couldn't open window to let in fresh air presuming that's a health a safety issue.
We like ta hotel as it is so near to the sea front, just a short stroll. Ideal for us as we like to go to the princess theater, this hotel is clean and comfortable, and a great price
all was good
a little noise early morning not hotels fault
Clean tidy friendly and very well run
Pleasant staff, high ceilings, good location, festive
Wifi was slow and kept dropping
great value for money
The hotel was very clean and well presented. Within walking distance of the beach, harbour and town. Breakfast the first morning was a brilliant as it was self service.
On our second and third morning breakfast was waiter service, which we weren't told. We ended up having to ask for a breakfast or wouldn't have got one.
Excellent facilities, pleasant staff, good breakfast.
When I asked for a discount, having slept in a damp room it was declined. I was told that I had seen the room first and accepted it. I did not see the damp before as it was late. Disappointed at the manager's attitude.
Breakfast and time of checking out.
All of it
Could do with info sheets in rooms
Our room was very spacious. The staff were friendly
The help yourself buffet breakfast, and the times available to eat.Still had the cooked items on offer at 10.00am. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Free first drink from the bar.Nice touch. Nice white fluffy towels.
Running water onto the flat roof above our room all night long. Shower was disappointing, when the temperature was increased, the power of the shower was lost. Lack of hooks in the ensuite to hold towels or clothing.
Room was perfect, staff were great and the food was much better than expected for the price. nothing was too much trouble for the staff and although the entertainers were playing to a small crowd they made the nights enjoyable.
nothing everything is great
Overcharged my card, which has been rectified, just knocked the shine of my lovely weekend.

Great location, lovely place, helpful and friendly staff.
A little too noisy at night.
Hotel excellent position clean and tidy staff were very helpful enjoyed our stay good sea views for a little extra money.
Nice clean hotel buffet breakfast loverly
Bed was squeaky and heard all others
Extremely pleased with everything. A warm welcome, clean & comfy bedroom, lounge and dining areas with pleasant staff. The self-service breakfast was the best we've had in recent years with a well stocked buffet providing a good range to choose from, crockery cleared promptly and a wonderful view. An all round excellent experience including some very good evening entertainment.
We were surprised to hear Christmas carols at breakfast on our first morning until we realised this was for a coach party on a Turkey & Tinsel break! A small niggle was the wi-fi constantly dropping out but we appreciated having this facility in the bedroom.
Everything was lovely and the staff were friendly and kind.
