Friendly and efficient staff. Greatly improved room service menu. Comfort of bed and room in general. Would always prefer a bath and shower. Where shower only, would prefer a non fixed shower head and higher water pressure. |

hotel was clean and the staff were very helpfull. Rooms were tidy. Car park and location good The free WFI did not work which is very bad for business people. The shower in the room was awful and hardly worked at all. |

Surrounding environment, space, relaxed atmosphere, excellent good value breakfast. Lift to 1st floor would be good burt this was not a problem for me since I was immediately moved to a ground floor room on request. |

A lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. The view from my bedroom was a rowing lake and rabbits running around the acres of fields. |

Great receptionist at this hotel - very friendy and happy to help. I had to move rooms because the heating didn't work - they upgraded me though which was excellent |
