Great receptionist at this hotel - very friendy and happy to help. I had to move rooms because the heating didn't work - they upgraded me though which was excellent |

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The service was generally good and the staff helpful. Bed was about ready for a mattress change. |

Had a decent bar and a good restaurant. someone had been smoking in the room, there were cigarette burns in the lace curtains and the room was smelly. |

I felt it could do with being modernised as most of the decor was remnant of the 80s and the en suite bathroom was very dated. |

See below A coach stopped outside our room at 1.00 am. The noise woke us and we struggled to get back to sleep. At 3.45 am another coach stopped outside our room and the engine and people noise were appalling. All in all we had hardly any sleep. |

Club suite room & hotel location. Paul in reception very helpful & waitress Holly very good. Breakfast very poor. One television in room not working, could not be mended until Monday! Broken stool in bedroom. |

Location, hotel layout, parking and the room itself all good Breakfast was very poor and extremely bad value for money. If you are going to charge £12 a head for breakfast it needs to be high quality and backed by good waitress service. It was partial self-service, but I had to wait for scrambled eggs that took ages, arrived cold and were clearly microwaved and rubbery. I ordered tea but received coffee. Its not rocket science to make a decent breakfast. |

Ympäristö oli miellyttävä, koska oli puiston ja veden äärellä. Sijainti jopa kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta. Sängyn jouset olivat kovat ja tekivät nukkumisesta jossain määrin epämiellyttävää. |
