Beautiful surroundings, perfect for long walks around the lake. On the whole the staff were fantastic, attentive and welcoming. The food was superb. A long wait for the buffet breakfast to come out on Sunday morning, with no explanation for the delay.

Fantastic place to stay, very good choice of breakfast , very quite at night and all staff were very attentive and could not have been more helpful. We had a room with a view of the garden down to the lakes and up into the valley, a very nice room. We would use this hotel again and would recommened it. Bar was a little bit pricey for us, apart from that no other complaints.

Nicely situated place, beautifully quiet countryside, well-located ( by car / own transport that is) "Worn" details: shower broken,. Lightbulbs broken, bedlamp broken, very delipidated buildings on "closer view"( paintwork, crumbling woodwork etc.) Outwardly nice at first glance, but food / dinner linited ( choice/, not "a la carte" at all, mediocre quality) and a far too "High Brow" facade, jugdging by a rather "poorer" quality "deeper down". Its is all a matter of "value for money"but in this case it remains doubtful.

Location, staff friendliness, support. Would have preferred evening dinner and breakfast outside whenever possible.
