I liked how welcoming the staff were and helpful to us. The room was very set to our needs. We will defiantly be staying there when we return. Great value for the price you pay :)
The view from our room.
Located right next to the Pleasure Beach it is in a good location. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cosy room. Friendly staff.
Other guests a bit noisy on the stairs.
Sheets had old stains on had room at the back very small didnt smell clean no view other than brick wall nothing like photos restaurant closed loud music in reception although didnt here it in the room old dated not clean
Nothing just location
Every thing. except location
the hotel bathrooms and public areas need a good clean , marks in the bathroom sink and shower , under the beds in the room not cleaned and room felt a little damp. Wi Fi not advertised or explained on arrival no notices in the room. breakfast served well but a little expensive for children .
The WiFi and the comfy beds
The room could have been bigger. As we was squashing around each other to get ready for example when we where getting ready to go out for the day or evening.
Bed was comfortable and location good.
Couldn't shut bathroom door due to toilet seat, bed sheets weren't 100% clean.
Erm not much tbh
Not as clean ... abit pricey for a dodgdy stay
As a young couple looking for a night away at a seaside location the place was lovely! Nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle off Blackpool yet close enough to go for a wander into town... Really clean place with generous facilities considering the price and After reading the reviews I was dreading it so was extremely surprised.
The only thing I wasn't so keen on were the staff were quite abrupt and didn't speak to anyone... Upon arrival I was asked for my car registration number and asked to leave the keys at reception to which I refused so was told unless I could guarantee I wasn't blocking in another guest I would have to pay to park elsewhere... Also breakfast was a complete and utter rip off £9.90 for 2 breakfasts which I was served 1 sausage a very greasy hash brown and a undercooked egg with cheap beans!
peaceful,close to the beach.friendly staff,clean room,perfect for short stay :)
we ran out of loo roll...
Had a lovely sea view. Bed was comfortable. Didnt want to get out the shower.
Cold, noisy, linen poor condition, cheap but needed to be.
Poor bathroom facilities .... Bathroom door is not possible to close due to toilet ...
comfy bed clean room but basic which is all you need nicely decorated plenty of tea and coffee would stay again
no chair no hairdryer and no note or info that you could lend one but other than that all great
To far out hard to find not very gd comfort rooms ver small
the only thing we liked was the hotels location right opposite the beach
Didn't like the size of the room, (no bigger than a box bedroom), only room for the double bed, large stain on bottom sheet, didn't like the decor (miserable, depressing), no dressing table or chairs to sit on, t. v on wall (no room for it anywhere else) 1 shelf on wall for kettle, tea, coffee. No sea view only view was of a dirty roof, shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold, toothbrush holder falling off wall. this room was supposed to be priced at £174.00 pn i paid £24.99 (80% discout with booking.com) and still wouldn't sleep in it we came home instead, don't take the photo's of the hotel on the internet as true because there certainly not.
Everything we needed, off road parking, very comfy bed, very clean, lovely hot shower in the en suite and towels..Lots of channels on television.tea and coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff and a lovely breakfast with lots to eat and drink.Brilliant weekend on the beach and we will go back to go the pleasure land in the summer. Thank you x
I would recommend a stool or chair in the room to use the mirror on the wall.
For there to be sumwere to sit at nyt when ye cum back from being Out
Breakfast was discussing .ir was cold with quorn sausage not your traditional breakfast as it run by pakistanian familly
lovely and clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, brill location would recommend to everyone
Excellent value for money, you get what you pay for! The cleanliness of the room was poor, stained bed sheets with cigarette holes in, tooth paste on the floor and mirrors.. General things that could have been avoided. Staff were friendly enough when asked for clean sheets and new towels. All in all a decent stay!
Breakfast hot and fresh. Staff friendly and considerate
The bed was uncomfortable and should have booked a larger room. It was a bit small for us. Steep stairs.
Location and cost were great, parking facilities a bonus as well, staff friendly and welcoming.
Room was not as clean as it should have been which is a shame as everything else was good.
Free car parking
Not overly clean,Staff not very friendly,No freebies like shower gel and shampoo bottles. Place needs a lick of paint and some personal touches..
