To far out hard to find not very gd comfort rooms ver small
Everything we needed, off road parking, very comfy bed, very clean, lovely hot shower in the en suite and towels..Lots of channels on television.tea and coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff and a lovely breakfast with lots to eat and drink.Brilliant weekend on the beach and we will go back to go the pleasure land in the summer. Thank you x
I would recommend a stool or chair in the room to use the mirror on the wall.
For there to be sumwere to sit at nyt when ye cum back from being Out
Breakfast was discussing .ir was cold with quorn sausage not your traditional breakfast as it run by pakistanian familly
lovely and clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, brill location would recommend to everyone
Excellent value for money, you get what you pay for! The cleanliness of the room was poor, stained bed sheets with cigarette holes in, tooth paste on the floor and mirrors.. General things that could have been avoided. Staff were friendly enough when asked for clean sheets and new towels. All in all a decent stay!
Breakfast hot and fresh. Staff friendly and considerate
The bed was uncomfortable and should have booked a larger room. It was a bit small for us. Steep stairs.
Location and cost were great, parking facilities a bonus as well, staff friendly and welcoming.
Room was not as clean as it should have been which is a shame as everything else was good.
Free car parking
Not overly clean,Staff not very friendly,No freebies like shower gel and shampoo bottles. Place needs a lick of paint and some personal touches..
The place was dirty the shower was broken we spent a hour with 2 guy's picking away at the plug hole before asking for a refund at which point we got given a different room which had orange what locked like vomit in the toilet the bathroom was filthy !!
nice sea views, good sized bedroom and separate kids room. Manager friendly. good location
no breakfast included. window would not shut properly so a draft coming through. Bunk beds very noisy so when kids woke up, woke everyone else up. Toliet very noisey as well.
not alot just the bed
i dint like how there was nowere to get anywere to eat or drink to far away
Very close to the fair ground
Having to leave my car keys with the reception desk in case my car needed to be moved as the parking was diabolical
The value for money was reasonable and the location was ok, being literally just south of the famous pleasure beach Big Dipper on the main seafront promenade.
The only fire escape exit in the breakfast room restaurant was blocked and was still not rectified even when reported to a member of staff. There were no notices or literature of any sort in the room advising of fire exits/procedures or even what the free Wi-fi code was, and nobody around to ask (so no Wi-fi). Shower head fixing was broken (held together with small screws) and terrible black mould around sink fittings. Breakfast (extra) was awful. Will never stay again.
Was in a great location 5minutes away from pleasure beach. Staff were great and helpful. Room was clean, shower and bathroom were clean. Bar prices are great. Great value for money if your just staying one night.
Rooms are small. Your car gets shuffled in the car park. Needs modernizing a lot but great if your staying just one night. Also got woken at 8 am by loud generator and pipes. Veiw of back alleys was horrendous.
The hotel was in a good location,we turned up early the staff were happy to help us. The breakfast was really nice, we would defiantly stay there again
Room a fair size with a lovely sea view. Fine for a one night stay. Rooms lovely and warm
Toilet needed a good clean. Bedding had stains. Cups chipped
Small cosy room, own bathroom, sea view
Location (Wanted to be more near the tower), Staff went at 10pm, Could hear other guests, TV remote didn't work.
People weren't very helpful when we arrived a couple were arguing when we were checking in as they told us there problems and the room was dirty hair in the bathroom unclean and the sheets had marks on them I was glad I brought my own quilt with me also we had been there for 2 nights already and the man who worked there had seen us plenty of time but asked us if we were checking in which I didn't like as I thought if he has seen us and asked that anyone could come in and say they are staying there overall I would never stay here again and would not advise this hotel to anyone not even for a cheap get away.
nice and friendly
the bed was awful the springs were sticking in our backs so did not get much sleep
the internet is so slow
staff very helpful lovely cosy room
Location is good, beds are comfy but this is not somewhere I would choose to stay at again, the corridors are tatty and the bathrooms very tired and require updating, appears clean but upon inspection I'd say grotty.
Creeky floors that mean you hear every movement above. Corridors and reception area unwelcoming and very tired. Time for a re decorate I think.
Was ok for one night needs updating ,sea veiw room was ok .
Could be cleaner
