Rural and quiet location; pleasant bedroom with attractive garden outlook. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice. We did not meet the proprietor, who is very friendly and efficient, until breakfast. |

The room was very clean and the proprieter helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and parking was right outside our room. We have a one year old who was safe and happy here. |

staff werre friendly, the bed was very comfortable would have preferred the breakfast room to be separate considering the price of the accomadation, but can understand why it is like this.apart from that everything was fine, thank you |

We were made very welcome, the linen was spotlessly clean as were the rooms, ensuites etc. Locally produced food well cooked and presented. Peaceful environment in spite of being near a main road. |

Quiet,spotlessly clean,perfect location for Cranwell college.I would recommend it for its location,not value for money. No evening meal facility,and the price of £60 bed and breakfast was expensive. |

Very Friendly, Easy-going, Very Clean & Comfortable, Warm, En-suite was lovely, The room had every you needed. Breakfast was great. Good recommendation from the Hotel of where to eat in the evening. |

Excellent little guest house/B&B. Great choices for breakfast and a particularly comfortable mattress. A bit of a distance to travel for a decent hot meal in the evening. But this did not detract from a great experience. |

There are many Guest Houses and B&Bs in the Uk (we stay at them every weekend for business), but very few of them get it right. Breakfast was excellent too. Well Done! One morning we had members of the All England Door Slamming Team next door but that's not the fault of the B&B |
