Emplacement geographique excellent, a deux pas de Hyde park, Metro (central line) a 2 minutes, proche de Oxford street avec quand meme bars et boutiques a proximité. Literie tres confortable. Trés silencieux

Le confort de la chambre. Contrairement à la plupart des hôtels à Londres, surtout ceux qui s'octroient quatre étoiles sans justification, la chambre était plutôt spacieuse, décorée sobrement et en bon état général. La salle de bains était très fonctionnelle avec une tuyauterie en très bon état de marche (chose très rare d'après mon expérience)!

Le petit déjeuner en sus est très cher, près de huit livres, nous avons du le prendre à l'extérieur. Manque d'équipements dans les chambres : pas de fer à repasser (planche pour les pantalons mais la clientèle d'affaires ne se concentre pas vraiment dans ce quartier), pas de petit réfrigérateur...

L' hôtel est très bien situé, dans une rue calme. A 3 minutes à pied se trouve une rue avec restaurants, supermarchés, centre commercial et deux stations de métro. Les chambres sont bien décorées. Le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant.

The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Compared to other hotels in London, this hotel had a nice look. The room was small but clean and nicely decorated. Also a plus was that the temparature could be adjusted to your liking manually (not a common feature in London hotels!).

Very clean room and bathroom plus a great location.

Very clean, central but quiet location, just needed a bed for the evening and the hotel met that requirement, rooms were small but we had no luggage so that was ok. Travelled with a work colleague and we booked a double room each but wouldn't have wanted to stay in my room (9) with a partner, room 4 was ok for 2 though. This is a small basic hotel so don't expect a grand lobby reception and bar. If you want that you'll have to pay more.

Originally offered a room on the lower ground floor and like other reviewers have mentioned, there was an offensive smell. Manager initially said the hotel was full but was very helpful and found us 2 rooms which were fine.

The hotel was very well situated. It was close to Bayswater and Queensway tube station. It also looked very quaint from the outside.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and it was hot in London which meant the window was open all night. This is usually not a problem, but we woke up to find we were sleeping close to the vent of the kitchen! It stunk. Fortunately we were moved to a slightly bigger and more comfortable room. However, we awoke to the smell of cigarette smoke from an apartment below. Maybe this was simply bad luck.

The Hotel was good location and the room was clean. The staff was nice.

Location was good. A few minutes walk from Bayswater station and variety of restaturants are a few blocks away. Staff were friendly and welcomed us. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious for two person though it was basement floor.

Shower hose was cracked, so water was leaking while taking a shower. But besides that, the hotel was good.
