This Victorian guest house is 2 minutes' walk away from Ayr beach and promenade. Craggallan is a family-owned business in a quiet, attractive conservation area.

Every need catered for with a good attitude. Have nothing bad to say about the place
5 min walk to town centre and 2 mins to beach
Staff were lovely, room was very comfortable, plenty of choice tea, coffee in the room. bathroom facilities immaculate with lovely toiletries. Breakfast exceeds most 5 star accommodation.
Would have preferred blackout curtains/blinds in the bedroom.
Decor, quiet!,people, staff, location.
Excellent location, central to the town but yet very quiet. Excellent accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. we are looking forward to are next stay there very soon.
It was like coming home each night after a long day out around Ayrshire. Breakfast menu was well rounded and served up by friendly staff. Great establishment.
Wifi connectivity was intermittent at best.
Room and bed great. Breakfast choice was extensive and when delivered was appetising Young lady serving the food made our day. comfortable lounge available. Easy access to sea.
there were not any!!!
wonderful house near the beach, beautiful rooms, great breakfast with fresh fruit
Very friendly and obliging staff. All the small extras were there which is not normally for BB, for instance 3 canisters with extra teabags, coffee, sugar, shortbread. We would definitely go back and the breakfast superb.
We expected it to be on the sea...
Immaculate.breakfast lovely, no complaints whatsoever
Can't fault the place,
Booked this at last minute, but was very impressed with everything , couldn't have done better. Hope to return again
After 12 day of touring around Scotland, best B&B we've stayed! Just a stroll to the beach and city center of charming Ayr. Staff has been very friendly and freshly cooked breakfast was magnificent! Room was modern with flair and very clean!
Relaxed, central, warm and clean - staff were lovely and breakfast great
Staff very friendly, breakfast very good.
We were in the attic room which needs more opening windows for ventilation. Or an air conditioning unit.
staff friendly room nice enjoyed stay
thought it was quite pricey at £60 for 1 night
With the exception of one grumpy fellow guest, we had a pleasant stay in this comfortable B&B. A very nice breakfast. Quite close to the beachfront, and convenient to Robert Burns museum.
Room felt a bit cramped (furniture too large for the room?); bathroom was a bit small.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, the room was immaculate, and the breakfast was fantastic. We also like haw it was centrally located.
It was home from home. Liked the form it was like being on the programme 4 in a bed. Very friendly would go back again
Plenty of tea/coffee, etc, unlike all other hotels we have been to
The excellent hot breakfast and tea
The absence of view
