There is free Wi-Fi throughout and free parking for motorbikes and bikes at the rear of the property. The bright and airy guest lounge provides the perfect setting to relax, whilst the enclosed patio area is available for a spot of sea air. Very comfortable with everything you need-awesome breakfasts that caters for all tastes. Close to shops/restaurants and minutes from the sea. Nothing to dislike.

Friendly,helpful hosts in a spotlessly clean house. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a pleasure to stay there. Would I return? DEFINITELY!! Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Hosts were great although they weren't there when we arrived, and there weren't instructions for finding the key. So a it of confusion there. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our first room was two singles, so they moved us to a much nicer double for the next night. The wifi is free and worked quite well. The showers were not great with very little pressure and constant cycling of hot and cold water. Also the pillows were quite firm and flat. We found this in several British b&bs so it would not be a reason to not stay.

We had a lovely double room, tastefully decorated, with lots of little extras you don,t expect to find in a guest house. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection to choose from. We would certainly recommend this lovely guest house and hope to stay there on our next visit to Ayr.
