Nothing, the rooms where extermely small,, furniture is really old and smelly it doesn't deserve to be a 3 stars hotel even. |

Great location. Understanding wonderful staff. Good room service. Great prices and offers. Comfortable bed. There were some signs on the furniture that showed that the hotel is really old. Like a spot on the carpet. |

the manegar mr. sulaiman was very good and the location was very good some of the bathrooms are smalls ,the curtain old and need to be changaed |

Richie was the best at getting us tickets, taxis, etc. Our room was a little drab, needing new carpet and paint, but was very comfortable and larger than what we expected. |

The bath room was small but nice. Very old fashioned hotel for a 5 stars. When you order an expresso to the Room Service, you have to wait between 15 mns and 50 mns to have it. It's not acceptable for a 5 stars, member of the LHW. I don't recommend this hotel at all to the booking.com members. |

Location was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Airconditioning didn't work and there was virtually no water pressure. They did give me a discount though to make up for it. |

The accommodation was well arranged and reasonably spacious. Without exception staff were very obliging, friendly and helpful. The double bed was VERY small. The lift, although it has a certain charm, was tiny and antique. Water pressure was very low so it took an unduly long time to run a bath. |

It was more like a motel, the heater was not functioning properly. they did bring me another heater to my room, but that made the entire room dry |

Hospitalidade da equipe e presteza em resolver os problemas. O quarto single que me ofereceram era muito pequeno. Um hotel daquela categoria nao deveria ter um quarto daquele. Trocaram de quarto com bastante rapidez. |

le petit dejeuner est très bien mais le service laisse à desirer, il faut aussi faire attention de ne pas se faire prendre sa place quand on attend, c'est pas normal. |

La classe, la disponibilité et la chaleur du personnel d'accueil; le charme de la réception, des lounge et bar ainsi que la salle du petit déjeuner. Très belle salle de bain bien éclairée. La salle de restaurant en travaux sans information au moment de la réception. Chambre un peu sombre avec vue sur arrières cours (mais très calme). La vue et la lumière sont meilleures sur Sloane street mais le bruit? |

Un emplacement idéal très central et tranquille La liste des éléments négatifs est longue et celle qui suit n'est pas restrictive: Une température dans tout l'hôtel insupportablement basse.Nous avons changé deux fois de chambre avant de nous résoudre a accepter un chauffage auxiliaire.Des sanitaires dignes des années quarantes,avec robinets d'eau chaude et froide séparés.Un peignoir pour deux etc...Rien de moderne et pratique depuis Oscar Wild |
