Excellent breakfast. Very polite and friendly staff. Cleanliness superb. Ample parking. Ideal location for theatre seafront and shops. Room could have been a little larger. |

The staff were welcoming on arrival and very courteuos and helpful during the entire stay. The rooms were very well appointed, very clean and comfortable. My Wife and I stayed two nights. I opted for a full English breakfast the first morning. That was a mistake. The bacon was so hard I was unable put my fork in it and the rest of the food especially the fried bread was over cooked. The second morning I opted just for mixed toast and I made the correct choice. |

A really lovely clean hotel with its own car park. Right on the seafront with spectacular views of the bay. Situated next door to the Theatre. |

All of the Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Large private car park a great asset - particularly in Llandudno! The hotel has been tastefully refurbished, a great combination of modern and classic styles. When we checked in we were told they had upgraded us to delux, the sea view was greatly appreciated. Having to wait 30 mins for cooked breakfast, although it was lovely - the thickest bacon we have ever seen. |

Went to the victorian fair and went to see Russell Watson in the theatre next door. On the monday waited a hour for hour breakfast. but excellant when it came.. |

Friendly, helpful staff, the decor and level of comfort and cleanliness in the hotel, and its proximity to Venue Cymru. At breakfast, the porridge was excellent, never mind the wait! |

The rooms were beautiflly furnished to a high standard and the staff were friendly. It was right on the sea front. The evening meal was diabolical I would not recommend eating an evening meal there at all. |

Located in a good quiet part of the promenade. Good service and good breakfast We were on the top floor and the hot water struggled to reach the shower. As a result it was more of a dribble than a shower. Suggest they put power showers in on that floor |
