The room. The cleanliness Courteous staff. Parking Location along Prom. Breakfast
The wait for main meal when other tables who ordered later were given meals prior to ours. Table booked at 6pm but had to rush meal to just finish 7.30pm no time for dessert.
Convenient Pleasant staff Spotless Great parking
Ridiculously hot in the room - too hot to sleep Feels a little bit 70s in the decor Bit expensive for the standard offered
I loved the location close to the beach, not far to walk to the town centre. Theatre next door. The food was lovely and a good choice of menu. I would go back there.
The only downfall we had was our room was too small would have been better as a single room.Next year where hoping to go again ,so will ask for a larger room
The chef/owner was most helpful with my mums dietary needs. Good food and value. Had a sea view room. Room was large and comfortable. Four poster bed too. I would re visit.
Little dated and noisy plumbing
Good location and easy to park
To much work going on, I felt that this should have been done out of season
older property needs upgrades
Friendly Staff Good Food Nice Room Good Location
Step to bathroom which could be difficult if you had impaired mobility
The staff we helpful and welcoming, the room was great big bed for my very tall husband and the breakfast was excellent with a great sea view. It was so good we will be back soon.
The side windows rattled in the wind and disturbed my sleep but my husband slept like a log!
lift for mom, walk in shower, extras in the room, and breakfast
Location, excellent breakfast.
Very small room at back of hotel with squeaky bed, would have been better value to get similar room in back street hotel.
light, airy bedroom. (18).comfortable and spacious. restaurant pleasant with excellent food.House wine good quality.
bathroom a little dated, but spa bath and shower functioned well.
Large secure car park, highly professional friendly staff, room+ shower fine, first class breakfasts, will definitely return.
nothing at all to criticise.
Plenty of room on car park for everyone, was allowed to park even that I arrived 4 hours early. Excellent breakfast with good choice. Was upgraded to a better bedroom with excellent seaview for the same money. Hotel very quiet at night.
TV in Bedroom a bit small and outdated. Bathroom on the small size and lacked hairdryer
A good selection at breakfast Service and staff was excellent
The bed in room 14 is two singles pushed together and the mattress was uncomfortable.
Breakfast was gorgeous! Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay and would book again. It's very convenient having somewhere to park the car.
Very relaxing, friendly and helpful staff. Bed extremely comfy and generous size room
Shower hardly worked
Food good. Staff very friendly. Location brilliant.
Bed was too hard. Sofa in room was very uncomfortable.
Stylish, caringly restored hotel with a modern touch. First class breakfast.
Not enough info about the surrounding area.
small lift, convoluted layout due to age of building I suppose
Large comfortable bed
Food, restaurant service was slow Cleaning left a little to be desired
Venue very convenient for the theatre. Plenty on-site parking space. Excellent breakfast.
Reasonable location. Good breakfast.
Servicing of the room was poor. Maintenance not good. (toilet seat was loose but not picked up by the room servicing staff). No breakfast on last day (gas problem) but no offer of recompense on a B&B booking.
Location next to theatre
Room over priced £95 for a shabby tired room , not enough staff , the staff that was there were very young and unexperienced , had early bird meal as we were going to theatre wish we hadn't bothered it was awful , jug of water was warm , bought bottle of wine which aren't cheap in hotels but wasn't give wine cooler , food bland and seemed to have been plonked on plate with about 1 cauliflower floret each and 6 carrots between 2 , when we went to pay next morning receptionist took our money wasn't asked how our stay was didn't even get a goodbye , very disappointed !!!
The food and service was excellent and room was clean. Had a problem with TV & it was fixed straight away x
