Friendly, family run hotel. Very accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful countryside and clean beaches in the immediate vicinity. Very cold and windy (it was mild compared to the rest of the uk). I would hate to blame the hotel for these conditions.

The Staff are very friendly and the Hotel has lots of character. The food is of an excellent standard and the beds, though firm, are comfortable. The water is hot only at certain times of day, or so it would seem. The Hotel does look a little tired in places.

Old-fashioned but charming with delightful hosts. Although ony a solo traveller was given a lovely double room. Beautiful views from the restaurant. Very quiet location but handy for beach and walks. Rather small and ancient tv in bedroom.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they offered to change one of our rooms straight away so my elderly mum didn't have to climb as many stairs I found that very thoughtful, they had already put a cot in the room for our 9 month old baby at no extra cost and when we went down for breakfast in the morning they had our table already for us with a highchair, the food was very presentable and clean as was the entire hotel, we were made to feel very welcom, comfortable and at home, all the staff were very friendly, helpful, thoughtful and outgoing that provided an extremely pleasurable and enjoyable experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family and any one who reads this and certainly visit again, i would have liked to have stayed longer as there were lots to do around the area, the locals were also very friendly and very nice. The hotel exceeded our expectations by far, sea view, mountains all around and countryside you could not ask for more .

Convenient. Excellent breakfast. Has the appearance and feel of a place "running down". In places somewhat shabby. Not worth the price asked but nowhere else available locally that night.

Nice Country House type hotel. Decor good standard outside and inside. Room - I as a single given a family room (1 double, 1 Single) so had lots of space. All facilities in room. Room decor very good and clean. Digital tv had all channels available. Bar - pleased to say had lots of local brewed beer (bottles) as well as favourites. Newcastle Brown & London Pride. Restaurant - the only downside to this charming, relaxed hotel. My first night - Welsh Beef Stroganoff - came with chips!!! The meat was wonderful though and I forgive them! Second night Fish & Chips.. Fish - I think - was out of freezer. Sufficient though as an probably eating too much! Breakfasts good. Wide range cereals, yoghurts and good. Cooked breakfast available. Would definitely go back.

Very friendly owners. Value for money. Hotel needs a a good decorater. Damp area in hotel. Wallpaper hanging off ceilings and walls. Window frames need a renew. Very oldfashioned lounge. The beds comfortable and very clean. Breakfast very good. Bar needs a uplift. On the whole a good break due to friendly staff and comfortable beds Thank you.

Znakomita lokalizacja - blisko do plaży, do sklepu, polozony w urokliwej okolicy, wspaniala plaza z przepieknym widokiem w Nefyn.

Friendly owner. Good breakfast. Parking facilities. Good position in the village of Nefyn - plenty of lovely walks in all directions. Very poor first impressions - the building and gardens need much work done on them (pealing paint, rusting windows, 'sad' and 'tired' decour, overgrown garden borders). Clearly this hotel has been a delight years ago - it needs updating and refurbishing to continue attracting visitors to this lovely part of Wales. It is clear that the picture of the hotel on the web is not a true picture of what it is like today. These concerns were also expressed by another visior.

We needed somewhere to stay but I would not repeat the exercise. The room smelt mouldy and the shower was pitiful at the best and on occasions stopped completely presumably when another guest was also having a shower. Tiles were coming away from the wallIt was overpriced I can't really think of anything positive to say

The location is brilliant, and the views from the hotel amazing. The food was okay, the let down was the hotel itself. It is in need of a complete revamp,ie double glazed windows (we had to put the heater on in the room)decorating and generally modernizing.
