Lovely bar and lovely room comfy bed and the breakfast was superb excellent location we had the front room with a window seat overlooking the street so we could chill watching the world go by....

In a very good location with a nice friendly atmosphire down in the bar, a very good breakfast was served down there. All in all a great few days was had and would stay agian.

At the time we were there there was building work being carried out which was very noisey especialy durring breakfast

Room is big enough and comfort. Food is very delicious. Close to lake Keswick. I like the decoration style in the room. But it is a little bit uncomfortable to through the bar when we go out and back as it is the only exit when we stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was generous and delicious, cafe/bar facilities were comfortable and welcoming with a good selection of beers, wines and food.

The room was great, lovely and clean and a good size. The location was excellent and within easy reach of both the town and the countryside (which is beautiful, and there are some lovely walks and near by towns to visit). Breakfast was great and a good choice on offer. The tapas at Cafe Bar 26 was lovely and we would recommend a visit to Casa Bella (Italian restaurant) the food is delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arranged the weekend for my partner's 40th and asked George whether it would be possible to arrange for a Birthday cake to be provided and she recommended Bec's who makes their cakes. Bec's made the most perfect cake (I highly recommend her) excellent thank you. Thanks to George for putting it in the room for our arrival, my partner was really surprised and loved it. May return next year for my 40th. Thanks again, would recommend to friends / family.

The rain and snow ha! But that can't be helped eh. We still had a nice time.

- No coat pegs in rooms! Maybe put some on the back of the room door? - Noise from bar's music. Maybe highlight live music is held on certain nights?

Great location, a small, friendly, modern design sited above a smart cafe/bar. A good price, much nicer than the usual run of the mill B&B olde world places you tend to get. Great stay if you want a modern compact easy access place that is easy in and out. Good breakfast and all staff very helpful and professional.

Only slight but toilet seat not cleaned properly. Nothing major and don't let that put you off, I would go again at the drop of a hat !

Room was clean and tidy and fairly quiet. Breakfast was excellant. The bar/restaurant looked relaxing and modern. Excellant location for the pubs in Kewsick.

Staff did not seem to know what they were doing and were lacking direction. Took a long time to sort out our reservation due to a problem with the booking.com site not sending our booking through. Once we had booked in we were not directed to the rooms (I appreciate they were not hard to find but a simple "the rooms are throught the door around the corner and up the stairs" would have gone a long way. That said the girls serving breakfast were very pleasant.

Very welcoming staff and nothing was too much trouble during our stay. Bedroom was on the small side but quite modern, comfortable, clean and overlooked a pedestrian street where you could watch the world go by. An excellent full English breakfast was served in the bar with drinks and toast replenished frequently.

Smart, clean and modern hotel. Only 4 rooms, so plenty of personal attention. Great, friendly staff.
