Our dog was allowed to stay with us. The location. All the staff were polite and very friendly. Excellent room with great bathroom and separate shower. Lots of choice for breakfast all fresh and superbly cooked. The dinner menu was exquisite, beautifully cooked and presented, all eaten whilst looking out over the Loch

Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Value for money overnight stop in quiet lochside location (esp for single travellers). Very friendly staff/management. Comfortable, well decorated rooms.

Somewhat noisy bar below in otherwise quiet location - but stopped around midnight.

The location is superb, the reception warm and friendly and the food was an absolute treat. The evenings in the bar have a great atmosphere and there is a fine selection of guest beers.

An excellent hotel for a great price. The staff and locals where very friendly. The food was excellent. We were a party of 9 and ate in the restaurant on 3 consecutive nights and it never failed to deliver, the Scallops are a must !!!.

On arrival we were upgraded to a Superior room due to refurbishing The room was fantastic, jacuzzzi etc. The food and service was very good.

The location was remote but the scenery was fantastic.

The loch views were stunning, the staff very friendly and helpful, the food was gorgeous and the service excellent. The room was quaint and nicely furnished in an eclectic way.

room overlooked hills at rear with bathroom having clear glass window so have to draw blind to go to the loo otherwise people walking at rear would get a good view!

Beautiful position overlooking the loch. Nice old building with character. Friendly staff. Very nice evening meal and breakfast. Very good room facilities, nicely decorated rooms. Pity we only had one night.

The Inn is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. spacious rooms. good location.

It says pets are allowed with no extra charges, but they charge £5/night. (They should update that information)

Would have liked WiFi in more areas of hotel.

When we arrived there was no power, due to the snow etc. But there was a can do attitude. The locals all seemed to gather, good food was produced, kitchen had a generator running and calor gas. Breakfast was substantial and just what was needed for a wintery onward journey to Skye. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The views over loch fyne are great to wake up to.

Everything was fine, especially considering the weather conditions.

Had a very good time. Staff very friendly with clean,comfertable modern but cosy rooms. Delux room was brilliant only poor thing was a poor shower but the spa bath more than made up for that. First class food and would definatly stay again. An aftrenoon visit to the bar is a great way to spend the afternoon with the locals. Thanks again for a great weekend. Neil and Angela

Very few dislikes. Breakfast room was cold, I think they had a problem with heating system. Reception was difficult to find at first, but added to the character.

Our room was massive. We had booked a standard twin as that was all that web-page said was available I asked on checking in and was told there was a standard double or a deluxe double with a kingsize bed,lochview and jacuzzi bath we took the deluxe and we were not dissappointed. The staff where all very friendly and welcoming.

I was disappointed that there was not any sea-food on the menu this is not a complaint only an observation on my part I would have loved to have some loch fyne mussels or cullen skink aft our walk . The food we did have was delicious and of excellent quality.
