The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I had one of the best nights sleep In a long time. Considering I was facing a main road there was minimal to non noise pollution.

My only critiscm is decor. It could do with an update. However that's personal tastes.

Very friendly helpful staff at reception

Very cold room. I arrived at midnight. My room was very cold. I turned up radiator but it did not work. In the morning the radiator was on but still the room was on the cold side. This affected my sleep . I did not contact reception as I had only 7 hrs max for sleep

All the staff were pleasantly efficient and helpful, particularly in connect with my wife's mobility issues.

The fact that when my wife asked about lifts, she was told there were none. But on arrival we discovered -- and gratefully used -- the stairlift.

Nice comfortable surroundings, room was lovely and comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee. Would be nice maybe for some bathroom supplies to be included.

Having a nice relaxing drink in the bar at about 11.30 pm unfortunately there were a couple of unsavoury guests who's language and tone was quite intimidating. I believe they were railway workers from Doncaster. Am surprised somebody did not give them a slap.

I was really impressed with the room. Very clean and spacious. The sky channels in the rooms were also a nice surprise. I would like to give a special shout out to the bed sheets which are very soft and comfortable.

I do think the prices for food and drink are a little to high.

The hotel staff were very friendly & professional, the room warm clean & comfortable, with all the facilities required.The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The room was spotlessly clean, the staff on the whole were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the tea and coffee facilities were adequate, the ironing and hanging space, tv and extra pillows were all to our liking.

The complaints procedure left a lot to be desired unfortunately. I flushed the toilet in our room and some water came flowing out from what looked like behind the toilet cistern tank. The water on the floor of the bathroom when we first went in the room, we thought had come from the cleaners as they said they'd just finished the room as we went inside. It turned out to be likely a drainage problem though the water did look like clean water and not sewage. It was reported by my partner to a member of reception staff quite late on and it fell on deaf ears. He then contacted the manager and explained how close we were to hugely noisy heavy plant workers parked right outside our room and who were all up early in their trucks and plant carrying vehicles and noisy as hell at 5am!! The small island outside the hotel was hardly visible at night as no markings were painted round it so we were apparently one of 4 people to hit it as we drove in from the main road, and they were just the people we met in the entrance lobby that evening. The issue of the water in the bathroom wouldn't have been half as bad had someone taken the time to acknowledge that we'd mentioned it, but we just felt a little let down as it wasnt a small leak, it was indeed a most significant amount of water which left us using up all the towels in our bathroom to mop up the mess before going down for our breakfast. We use Best Western hotels as we do many others often as we travel around the country quite a bit. On this occasion we were guests in a wedding party and therefore wanted to keep things low key. On this occasion however, we also simply felt a little let down as on the whole the experience prior to the leaking water was a positive one, and such a shame that such a simple acknowledgement proved to be too much trouble.

The most uncomfortable bed i have ever had to pay to sleep in. Breakfast way too expensive for what comes in the plate.Buffet in my books means i stand up and pick what i want to eat, they advertise it as buffet yet there isn't one

The shower was awesome. Joking aside, No faults here. Friendly, clean & tidy. Decent food. Good value. Would stay again and would reccommend without hesitation.

Waitress service for the evening meal was poor. We weren't expecting silverservice but there is a lot of room for improvement here from one waitress in particular. If shes not happy doing the job, then don't do it. Her attitude reflects on the hotel, which would be unfair.

We have stayed there several times, and will do so again. It is a good hotel, handy for the motorway, and with good facilities.
