poor soundproofing in rooms breakfast finished at 9am on a SUNDAY. bar meal of a poor standard Poor location Shower did NOT have thermostatic control, so have to fiddle with hot and cold.
THE FOOD IS GREAT, THE STAFF ARE GREAT.
WHAT NOT TO LIKE
There was an old pizza box at the bottom of the wardrode with a half eaten pizza in it and kebab sauces of various kinds. The shower had poor hot/cold control.
THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT, THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE.

booked rooms on line photos of rooms looked very good but on arrival we were given rooms of poor state wallpaper hanging of water stains down wall plaster hanging of in bath room (not good) when we left found out they have some rooms that have been refurbished and that's the rooms they show on web site
Staff were very helpful and freindly. We had a nice evening meal with very good service. Breakfast was also really good and plenty of it. Very clean room.
Nothing to complain about.
Staff nice, food really good. Room nice,
Very noisy at night till 1am. Not the best sleep.
Comfortable, stylish & great facilities. Reception staff friendly & helpful.
The bar and restaurant areas are well presented. The evening reception girl was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good with steak done to perfection
The room which was supposed to be an Executive room was very small and to climb over the bed to get past my partner. The decoration was shabby and poor with some small holes in the wall. The bathroom was basic. The noise from the extractor fan was very loud and screechy. Not worth £65 per night. Breakfast ended at 9am (on a Sunday) we were 10 minuutes late thefere couldnt be served
Staff very helpful, room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
lighting was inadequate for reading, low energy lights at bed side useless to read by
The newly refurbished bedrooms
The situation The state of the outside The public rooms

Location, just out the way a bit
Breakfast excellent, staff very friendly.
Lighting in room very hit and miss, just better than a candle. Switches not where you expect to find them. Extension lead very short had to boil kettle on the floor.
staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good.
food , staff, hotel
the room did need a paint. sorry.
Nice size room, large TV
room got a bit hot; could not open windows as I was on the ground floor
Reasonable price for good food and drinks
Very tired and drab rooms. But there was posters to say hotel was being refurbished
most helpful kind people I have ever met, they made sure my stay was perfect in every way. They made sure I had a room even if I didn't have one booked, they made sure I know where and how to find my way around town..
Resturant for dinner & breakfast Good insulation from bar noise Nice comfortable/clean room Pleasant staff
Bathroom door did not close(room3) No hairdryer in room Room is quite small
The price was attractive but it was false economy.
The location, the area, the decor, the bed, the room temperature, the shower, I'm sorry to say all were awful.
Reasonably priced as Edinburgh very expensive. Five minutes drive to the Park and Ride to get into the City.
Very tired hotel...a bit smelly..needs renovating
Staff really friendly. Offered packed lunch instead of breakfast as we had to leave early
No hairdryer. Food more basic than would have liked.
