Staff very helpfull
Very friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast.
The room is in need of refurbishment and was pretty basic.
Welcome and service given by the staff was superb. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. The room was large with all facilities you'd expect and a superb bathroom which was exceptionally clean. The bar opened reasonably late (even on Sunday) and had a good selection at reasonable prices. I was travelling on public transport and although the hotel isn't near a station it's a short taxi ride from Inverkeithing.
The evening meal I had with 3 friends who were staying elsewhere locally on the Saturday night was very greasy and service was extremely slow (but that wasn't the fault of the waitresses / bar staff, there seemed to only be one person in the kitchen). The selection though was quite reasonable and all the food was reasonably priced. The rooms really need a shelf in the shower cubicle!
nice room,,excellent staff,,food good,,beer n wine good and Wales won lol
Easy check in and check out, small but comfy room, very clean, first day very good and large breakfast.
Bit of a slow and muddled breakfast on day 2!
Lovely warm room clean great shower and lush Scottish breakfast
Staff were fab and very happy to help in any way.
Not all rooms are refurb i shed yet.
WHAT NOT TO LIKE
Hotel was warm everywhere. Room was well refurbished, tiler has done a grand job! Food was typically good bar food. Service from staff was stunning. Overall great value for money and will return again.
Room was small, although it was still adequate for two adults. Shower made a loud noise when on. Ladies take a small mirror for the dressing table! Bath towels are very small.
The food was good, the bar and Breakfast room were really good. Staff were polite as well.
Management asked that we take into account that the place was being refurbished, through the signs all about the place. But does not excuse the fact that there were massive cobwebs above the left hand side of the bed and they were full of dust! Plus the lid from the plug of the bedside lamps fell off! If staff check room 9, they will see for themselves.
poor soundproofing in rooms breakfast finished at 9am on a SUNDAY. bar meal of a poor standard Poor location Shower did NOT have thermostatic control, so have to fiddle with hot and cold.
THE FOOD IS GREAT, THE STAFF ARE GREAT.
WHAT NOT TO LIKE
There was an old pizza box at the bottom of the wardrode with a half eaten pizza in it and kebab sauces of various kinds. The shower had poor hot/cold control.
THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT, THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE.

Staff were very helpful and freindly. We had a nice evening meal with very good service. Breakfast was also really good and plenty of it. Very clean room.
Nothing to complain about.
Staff nice, food really good. Room nice,
Very noisy at night till 1am. Not the best sleep.
Comfortable, stylish & great facilities. Reception staff friendly & helpful.
The bar and restaurant areas are well presented. The evening reception girl was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good with steak done to perfection
The room which was supposed to be an Executive room was very small and to climb over the bed to get past my partner. The decoration was shabby and poor with some small holes in the wall. The bathroom was basic. The noise from the extractor fan was very loud and screechy. Not worth £65 per night. Breakfast ended at 9am (on a Sunday) we were 10 minuutes late thefere couldnt be served
Staff very helpful, room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
lighting was inadequate for reading, low energy lights at bed side useless to read by

Location, just out the way a bit
Breakfast excellent, staff very friendly.
Lighting in room very hit and miss, just better than a candle. Switches not where you expect to find them. Extension lead very short had to boil kettle on the floor.
