Esta muy bien situado y muy bien ubicado en cuanto a vistas

Me ha defraudado

Reservamos 4 habitaciones dobles en Febrero y hemos estado en Abril, Nos han dado una para personas discapacitadas con el espejo a un metro y poco de altura, sin bañera, sólo ducha adaptada con silla y llena de pasamanos, me tenía que peinar de rodillas, cama muy baja etc, me quejo y me dicen que es lo que hay.

first room we were giving was very small. Could do with some updating in the hotel decor

Great location

Room itself was clean and tidy although view of car park/skips wasn't so great.

allowed us to check in early, location could not have been better for a sightseeing city trip to endinburgh,

would have been too expensive if i had not availed of booking.com

the breakfast was lovely

would not have said that it was a five star there for not worth the money.

dreadful weak american style coffee for breakfast even when extra strong continental style coffee was requested; the tray charge for breakfast at 9 pounds ontop of the breakfast charge already paid is exorbitant; the restaurant on the ground floor serves beautifully presented food that has little taste; the room we were allocated was adjacent to the cleaners cupboard and the door was banged constantly even when we put a small towel in the opening for them the cleaners removed it and the door continued to be banged - something very small but made it impossible to have an afternoon sleep

We had a double room which was a reasonable size. The quality of fixtures and fitting in the room was very good, with plenty of wardrobe space, mini-bar and strong-box. The breakfast was excellent - this was the only meal we took at the hotel and the service was very good.

Our room did not have air-conditioning, which was unusual as it was in a fairly modern wing. A table-top electric fan was in the room and operating when we checked in. However, the weather was very warm and the fan was too noisy to leave on all night. Subsequently, it was difficult to sleep well.
