Das Hotel befindet sich in traumhafter Natur: schöner Blick über den Gannel und seitlich zum Meer. Lobby und Speisesaal zum Wohlfühlen.

Zimmer recht klein und schon arg abgewohnt. Badezimmer nicht mehr auf modernem Stand und verschlissen. Frühstücksangebot zu eintönig.

Die Lage und die Aussicht ist super schön. Eigentlich kann man auch sehr viel im Hotel machen, jedoch benötigt das Hotel dringend eine renovierung.

Die Zimmer könnten ein bisschen sauberer sein, aber es wa im großen und ganzen okay. Ich mag den alten flair im Hotel aber leider hat sich dort wohl in den letzten 40 Jahren nichts mehr geändert und es sind teilweise wirklich kleinigkeiten die das Hotel schöner aussehen lassen würden wie, die Liegen am Pool reinigen, die Stühle auf der Terasse neu anstreichen, kleinigkeiten würden schon helfen. Jedoch wäre eine komplett reonvierung auch von nöten. Dsa Dinner war sehr gut und abwechslungrsreich. Das Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl vertragen, Ein bisschen Obst Z.B.

Good facilities. Spacious restaurant with friendly staff. Car park is of a reasonable size.

Location was very good but needed transport to get into the town centre

The shower needed updating as the water did not come through the shower head very fast

I didn't like the noise from bowling game

The bed was really comfy! two of the staff were really helpful - Kristy Receptionist and Simon in the bar and they should be commended for their hospitality skills

The ensuite bathroom was rather small.

The restaurant Manager and his team were brilliant, polite and friendly and genuinely appeared interested in the customers, overheard the Manager explain to one of his staff that he will always encourage conversation in the morning, he felt it was important – great cooked breakfast and selection of cereal etc.

Three course meal was £21 - my budget for food and drink is £25 per night so I decided to eat out. On my return to the hotel I asked the man serving behind the bar for a glass of wine and found that I was served a large wine which was a tad expensive £4.70 - perhaps the man behind the bar should have asked me whether I wanted a large or small glass instead of sarcastically stating that he can change it for a small glass-that was the only real issue.

The location was very Nice The staff very all very friendly. I stayed a third night at no notice and was accommodated with no problem. The receptionists were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant managed was also very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Your staff are excellent and well presented.

I stayed two nights but my room was now cleaned or remade for my second night nor were the tea making facilities changed, I know the price I paid was very good but I did expect the towels to be changed and the bed to be made and tea and coffee to be replenished. The full cooked Breakfast was a bit disappointing, and needs some attention, there was no menu to tell me what the choices were. I hope you accept that I am being critical to help not to be picky as I would stay again without hesitation, but might not be so ready to recommend to others who may be more discerning.

The room was comfy and had a lovely view. Food was so lovely and staff really helpful and friendly. Will be staying again.The pool was very good and the bowling was great fun although it would have been good if we had a little discount as we were staying at the hotel but apart from this we had a wonderful time.

No hot water in the evening for a bath.

The staff and the location were great. I also felt that the hotel was really tasteful and very good value for money.

There was cheese out for breakfast on the first day pf my stay but not after that and I am a cheese freak!

Musty Smell Poor facilties - swimming pool and sauna in desperate need of an update. Rooms in a need of an update, thought i was sleeping in the 1970's Check in times incorrect - said 12pm on booking.com but couldnt get in to our room till gone 3pm Phone in room didnt work so when the cleaner didnt leave any toilet roll, i had to go down 2 levels to get a toilet roll instead of ringing reception

This hotel hasn't been updated in years....which is a shame as there are excellent facilities there but the place feels tired. Other guests seemed to have the same opinion. It needs a new lease of life as it has so much potential.

I paid £50 for bed and breakfast and it was excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cat in the reception is adorable and makes the place feel very homely. My friend was ill when we stayed and the staff were very helpful.

Facilities are good. Very central close to everything! Good for a cheap night away.

The receptionist we dealt with on arrival was excellent and we asked if we stayed an extra night would it be ok and she said yes. We then later dealt with a different lady to book the rooms an extra night and she was the rudest person I have ever met. Refused to let us have the rooms for the same price then contacted her superior to see if we could have it for the price we paid, she said it was fine, to which the rude receptionist replied 'well your lucky because if it was my decision I would have made you pay extra' Have no fault with the hotel but may recommend new staff!

Friendly staff. Clean room. Beautiful location I even got along with the resident cat.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was excellent and helpful. Good value for prize. Good locations and stunning views from bar and restaurant.

Nice restaurant and bar areas, but rooms poorly decorated and looked very old. Indoor swimming pool, water and temperature not hot enough so difficult to enjoy.

Room to small for a double,walls very thin,staff accomadation close to my room,no wifi..changed my hotel after 1 nite..not impressed
