The coffee making facilities No anti-slip mat in the bath when having a shower. The breakfast facility was 'tired' and not particularly inviting. Also the items that should have been hot were at best nearly warm. |

Reasonable facilities in the bedroom, which was warm and reasonably furnished. Lounge and internet available Rather scruffy landings and staircases. Rather noisy location. |

Nothing - we were glad we only wanted a bed for the night. We stayed at this hotel on both outward and return journeys from abroad and chose it because it was near St. Pancras station. We felt that the rooms were extremely small and needed much improvement. In fact we thought that the second room we stayed in was dangerous - the light for the shower was situated approx. 10 inches from the shower head. Acess to the toilet was through a wardrobe!! It was extremely small and had no complete privacy as the top opened into the bedroom, ie. no top on the wardrobe. We appreciate that hotel rooms in London are never very big unless paying top prices but we did expect better than this. The breakfast was not very good either. |

the reception staff were very helpful and friendly the room i stayed in was in the basement and there was a very strong musty smell had to keep the window open at all times while i was in the room even though i stayed in the middle of winter. The rest of the hotel was alright think it was just the basement |

The desk staff were really lovely, the location was great (half a block from kings cross, if that far), breakfast was big, and I liked the modern art throughout the place. The sheets/towels were pretty budget/not so comfortable, and the hallway was incredibly loud (sounded as though people were in the room with me). |

Great location,room spotless and actually not too noisy considering the proximity to other rooms. A great value hotel and the second time i have stayed there. I will use it again for sure. at the price there is nothing to fault |

Hotel staff was great. Best thing about this hotel, as well as the other 20 in the area was it's location to St. Pancreas Int. Train Station. Location of room was terrible. Quality of room was not great and because of that; it was very hard to be comfortable here. |

Fabulous location and cheap room rate for London however... value comes at a cost. The rooms were decorated in the most ghastly fashion. The hotel was in fact more like a hostel. The rooms had a perculiar odour...a cross between curry and dog food. In future I will pay that little bit more to stay in a nice hotel. I feel slightly mislead by the booking.com write up - you guys usually do such a good job. |

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good, filling English breakfast. Excellent location. Moving luggage up and down three floors (no lift). WiFi signal weak. In our room bath could have done with a bath mat (there was a real risk of slipping and getting hurt!) |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean and more than suitable for my purpose of using it for sightseeing. i was disappointed with the food. I have no problem with self service but unfortuantely this meant that the food was at best luke warm and at worse almost cold which was not the standard i would expect. |

Location, location, location. The hotel was steps from Pancras Station and King's Cross. Only one tube line from the Tower of Lonon, Big Ben, Westminster and the theatre district! Hotel was a bit grungy though... Bathroom was clean but dusty under the beds... |

Clean, quality rooms, good for a stop over, very good location 2 mins from Kings Cross Station. Good cooked buffet breakfast, luggage storage etc. Overall good stay/ Accept that central London can be a little noisy. |
