Even closer to Kings Cross than I'd imagined. Luggage room so useful. Thank you.
Room very well designed, good use of space.
Breakfast - felt like a student canteen. Staff rushing with little time to help.
The hotel was in a great location, on a quiet side street opposite Kings Cross. It had a lot of character too and the staff were friendly and helpful. Price wise, it's reasonable for London prices and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and so would my friends and family I travelled with.
The rooms were quite small though if you only use them for sleeping (as we did) it doesn't matter.
Location, friendliness of staff, luggage store and availability of triple room.
Been twice and very good
The staff and location were great, very convenient.
The Breakfast was very average, we have had better breakfast in some hostels we stayed at.
friendly staff, great location and good free breakfast
friendly staff, excellent espresso
couldn't leave my suitcase early on in the day because room was not ready and storage space was very full.
My third stay at this lovely little deco hotel opposite Kings cross. Staff are delightful, rooms comfy, and I adore the original deco features, especially in the bar. Next stay already booked!
The location right across from St. Pancras is ideal. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished, clearly making the most of limited space in the rooms. The full English breakfast was plentiful, though not of the highest quality. The housekeeping and waitstaff at breakfast were outstanding.
Alas, the climb up the narrow stairs to the rooms was a challenge, especially with large suitcases. The rooms are very small and there is limited space to unpack personal belongings. The wash stand is in the room and the stool and shower is in one space - which means the toilet set soaked when taking a shower. Finally, the walls are fairly thin so we could clearly hear people in the hallway and next door.
Location Breakfast was ok Posters decorating walls.
I had a Mastercard 'money card' with GBP's already there to pay. On leaving, the receptionist put the bill into Australian dollars first and then changed it into pounds at the day's rate - making approximately $30 Australian in the process. When I saw what had happened, I protested and the receptionist said that it was ok. When I arrived back in Australia, I got a statement and saw what had happened. Needless to say the Commonwealth Bank here is pursuing the matter. Travellers be warned.
Convenient Location Clean modern room and bathroom Friendly staff
Breakfast rather like a school canteen!
clean tidy rooms, ideal for kings x station
very noisy room due to the down pipe being outside our room for what appeared to be the whole hotel as every ime it was flushed through out the night we could hear it so very little sleep
We were upgraded to a family room with more space but....
It was in the basement :-( Breakfast was adequate but I've had far more variety on offer elsewhere.
Location for kings cross station. Friendly staff, luggage room, very clean room & bathroom.
Rooms small (but not unusual for central London)! Breakfast room v. Busy have to wait for tables.
Room, though small was ideal for purpose - great use of space and contemporary decoration. Very clean. Lovely bar and breakfast great.
The room was tidy and stuff generally helpful and friendly. The location was excellent and just next to the underground and numerous bus stops were near by. The breakfast was OK but nothing special.
We missed a flight because we ordered a taxi to arrive at the hotel at 3:45PM. However, it arrived at 4:15PM. The stuff also completely neglected to mention just how jammed London is at such an hour, which would prompt us to order the taxi for a much sooner hour. The water in our rooms [903 & 904] had verylow water pressure and as a result the shower gave sprinkles of water instead of a full burst. There were also issues with hot water [there was very little, rather cold] before it was fixed after 2 days. Lastly, the breakfast was okay but kinda mediocre - bacon, sausage, beans, eggs, ... nothing special. The hotel across [Kings Cross Inn] served a much more vivid breakfast.

Excellent location, staff very helpful.
On the top floor facing the street, lights on all night in the business opposite, very noisy as had to keep window open due to room being very hot. I think the twin rooms are too small for two people sharing. No water pressure, shower just a trickle!
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean Good breakfast
Single room was very small and compact, but includes everything you need
Staff very friendly
Very compact room
LOCATION IS WELL NEXT MAJOR METRO STATION AND TRAINS. HOTEL SINGLE SERVE AND FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SLEEP ALONE AND TAKE BATH
ON RECEIVING THE CALL IS NOTHING CONSIDERATE. LOCAL GUARD FOR LACK OF LUGGAGE FOR WHO NEEDS. COFFEE MORNING HAS FEW OPTIONS
Great location, friendly staff, good bar area, good breakfast. Unit is a great use of a very small space.
Extreme noise from room above. Lack of double glazing in bathroom caused significant street noise in bedroom.
Location great Clean
Room no more than a rabbit hutch on ground floor, it was a shower ensuite! Lack of sleep due to noisy pipes, my husbands feet touching table bottom of bed, then he changed sides then that meant I woke him when I needed to get out of bed as it was against the wall.
EVERYTHING - STAFF WERE ALL LOVELY - ESP GIRL ON RECEPTION BUT ALL CATERING STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL . ROOMS WERE COMFY AND TRENDY AND LOCATION ETC JUST COULDNT BE TOPPED
LIKED EVERYTHING - JUST COULDNT LOG ONTO WIFI BUT DIDNT ASK STAFF SO THERE WAS PROB A SOLUTION. HAD TO ASK FOR TEA/COFFEE AT BFAST BUT GIRLS WERE LOVELY AND EFFICIENT - BE BETTER IF IT WAS BROUGHT OVER AS SOON AS YOU SAT DOWN REALLY BUT NO BIG DEAL
