The hotel is conveniently situated close to St Pancras international railway station. The breakfast is perfectly adequate for most people I requested a first floor room as we are pensioners. We were allocated a top floor room and the hotel has no lift. To add insult to injury, observing the age group of guests at breakfast, they were virtually all younger. It is simply not on for pensioners to be expected to carry luggage up such a narrow staircase. In fact a younger guest carried it down for us. A little commonsense is needed. On the above basis it can only be recommended on convenience grounds. |

Good staff, helpful and friendly. Location of hotel to St Pancras/Eurostar excellent. Nice included full english breakfast but because had early train 7.30am missed breakfast. Would have liked continental breakfast eg orange juice and a croissant to go. |

Great staff, good provision for leaving luggage. Breakfast was ok. Rooms very clean There was no door on our bathroom, just a curtain. This was not ideal for privacy in a twin room, we could not close the window so it was very noisy until around 4.30 in the morning. |

The relaxed yet efficient reception. They were very willing to keep our luggage in storage whilst we visited the city. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was more than the usual continental breakfast - we feasted adequately before the start of a hectic day. Fantastic value for London!!! |

Staff were polite and checking in quick and easy. Family room was large having a double bed and 4 single beds. Breakfast was good in our opinion.Choices were adequate for a full english breakfast.Choice of two juices, two different cereals, tea or coffee and the usual ingredients of a full english plus toast. If you want continental breakfasts with lots of breads, meats cheeses, fruits yoghurts etc, then this is not the place for you.Location to Eurostar terminal was excellent. We used the hotel as a stopover on our way to eurodisney and was well within walking distance with a 6 year old and four year old and two suitcases in tow. Also easy access to underground stations if you want to visit other attractions in London. |

the staff is friendly and willing to help. It is very close to a tube with 7 lines (Sharing Cross/St.Pancras), so a perfect starting point to visit some points of interest in the lounge there is no bar, but an automat with non alcoholic drinks. So first you had to buy wine in the shop: annoying when you are tired after a long day in town. When you prefer your room you have to sit on the bed for the lack of chairs. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good and the location excellent. First room was horrible (windows didn't close/open properly, dirty, mould behind cupboard and thick layer of dust behind heater). However, we could move to another room which was really nice except there were no hooks etc. to put our wet towels... |

Fairly quiet location but central and close to the underground and Eurostar. The shower on one morning seemed to be battling with the rest of the hotel for water, such was the pathetic dribble! Although it was fine on the other day I stayed, so maybe you just have to shower before (or after) everyone else. |

Everything was as promised. It is very close to all public city, national and international land transportation. The staff was courteous and efficient. The hotel was clean throughout. It was easy to get to any point in the city. The neighborhood was relatively clean and safe. There was no place to sit in the room, which was very small. |
