Close to St Pancras for early morning train The room was small, but would only be a problem if you were daft enough to be expecting the same as if you were paying twice the price. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy and the ensuite was clean and smart. As in most hotels which are converted houses, you have to negotiate stairs so small and lightweight luggage is advisable I would have no hesitation in staying here again

As I was leaving before the included breakfast, the reception staff said they would have 'something cold' left for me, however, the waitress in the next morning didn't know and didn't seem pleased to see me.

The staff were very nice and very helpful, breakfast was served a buffet so it was extremely convenient, and the choices were good. It is very close to King's Cross so it was also in a very good area. It was clean and very good value-for-money. I also asked for a room not higher than the first floor, and we were given the first room behind the reception desk, so this was also very convenient for my travelling companion who has respiratory problems.

The central heating was too hot at night, especially during the warmer nights of last week. The shower head could not be hand-held so it was rather tiresome.

Liked that breakfast was provided with the price. And the location was excellent

Great for travellers on a budget, friendly and helpful reception staff, great breakfast with choice and self-service, clean and my room was very recently renovated.

Breakfast staff were a bit unfriendly and woke me up early setting up before 6am as my room was next door.

Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was perfectly placed for travellers using Kings Cross p St Pancras stations. The room was clean and well presented. Breadkfast was included. Wifi access was available free and worked.

Friendly helpful staff. Adequte cooked breakfast. Easy check-in. Luggage store. Bedrooms decorated since my previous stays.

No lighter options for breakfast such fruit/yoghurt.

Our second room, at the front was bigger and therefor more comfortable

No alternative continental breakfast. The stairs' carpet could do with being refreshed /replaced fairly soon

Very close to the underground, only about 100 meters to Kings Cross / St Pancrease station with a direct line to Heatrow and many more. We were a familiy of 5, and had a big familiy room (6 beds) with a private bathroom.

Some noise from the underground and corridor (we were in the basement). Breakfast room was small, and breakfast only served between 7-9 ( we would appreciate until 10).

no help or offer from the staff to carry cases to forth floor when they had nothing to do letting me carry each case up at 68 year old

Location to train station.

So many issues with this hotel: 1) No wi-fi in our room 2) No water flow out of shower head - manager came to room to look at and tried to tell us they would fix problem, yet no water flow during our stay. 3) The worst problem was the unbelievable heat coming up from under our bed. It was unbearable even with the windows opened. Do not take room 412. 4) Asked to be moved to another room but told they had nothing available. Did not offer refund. 5) I asked the day manager the next day for a partial refund and was told to e-mail the other manager. I did that yesterday and still have not been offered a 50% reduction for our horrible stay. Never would stay here again!

Absence of lift, found all those stairs horrendous & no chance of changing. Did not see option of lower floor when we booked

Hotel was minutes away from kings cross station which was brilliant for me and my friend and very close to underground tube stations. The breakfast had a good choice and what was there was really nice. The staff were very helpful when we asked for directions on the tubes for the 02.

Me and my friend were on the top floor which was 53 stairs up we counted them in a joke !! .. We must have went up and down through the day at least 20 times great if ur exercising not so great if u have danced all night at the 02 :( also very narrow

We were very impressed with how clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff were, we definitely will stay again.

Upgraded since my last visit, very impressed. Room amazing. Choice of breakfast wonderful, staff very helpful and friendly. Check in easy.
