I thought hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable with helpful staff and excellent value for money for the business traveller. It had the usual tea/coffee in the rooms, tv and most important for the business traveller WiFi. I have stayed in more expensive hotels and had far less. The breakfast was a full English. Overall, I was delighted and would stay there again and would recommend to other business people as value for money. The car park at the back can only be accessed via a very narrow entrance/exit, which I did not try for fear of damage to my vehicle. It does have cctv however. I parked in the street adjacent.

The staff went out of their way to please us and was the most polite people, a lot better than some of the hotel chains that are just to take your money, family run and much better, room was extremely nice and we would stay again

Staff were "Extremely Friendly" and knew what they were required to do. Hotel was tidy and in good over all condition. The cleanliness standard in the room was not extremely great although tidy and neat but shleves were not clean properly. The clothing rail was all dusty.

Convenient location for centre of town. Good size of room. In spite of the curtains over the inside window facing onto the staircase, the light shone into the room during the night. The cooked part of the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the Cambridge Guest House was for the price. Bargain. I booked for my graduation and me and my friend had family room on top floor that was lovely although a little cold.

Clean rooms, very pleasant and efficient welcome, car park Cooked breakfast was mediocre, especially cooked bacon and sausage and poor quality coffee. Needs to be a bit more sophisticated to match pleasant surroundings.

Central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking. Clean room/bathroom/sheets/towels. Little noisy at the front of building (because of traffic), even during night. Had to close the window. Would go again, but will ask for room at the back.
