Very good bed. Well decorated room. Excellent choice of breakfast and well cooked. Home made jams and preserves. Friendly owners. Friendly atmosphere. A very pleasant stay.

The en-suite shower was a little small

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is first class as well. We were very satisfied.

Excellent breakfast (including home made marmalade) Plenty of hooks, mirrors and coat/trouser/skirt hangers - the little things that make for comfort and convenience. We wouldn't look for anywhere else in Eastbourne.

the friendlyness of the owners and their profesionalism dealing with their guests,and the superb breakfast menu.

Place was excellent and lovingly kept. With a balance of touch of class with a touch of home which is very unique. Breakfast spread was extremely varied passing a majority of the bigger hotels in its location. Will stay there for sure again on our visit in the area.

Was not aware that the heating went off late evening and that no hot water to have shower when we got to the hotel, though this was due to another guest using all the reserved water and not a direct fault of the guest house.

The best guest house we have stayed in. Everything was just what we wanted, Warm welcome by friendly owners, our room (as was everywhere in the house) very clean and tastefully decorated, quiet and a good hearty breakfast. Parking was no problem. We would book there again if down that way.

The couple were very nice, the room was lovely and clean and very comfortable.

We liked the room which was comfortable and very well kept. The owners of the Guest House were very nice and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. The hospitality we received during our stay was excellent. We would definitely book to stay there again if we were in the area.

We have nothing to say that we didn`t like.

Sehr nette Inhaber, direkt am Meer bzw. im Zentrum der Stadt und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und gute kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten.

Televisione non funzionante e non è stato possibile sostituirla. Prenotato per 1 adulto e due bambine, ma la stanza era una doppia e ci siamo dovute adattare.
