Excellent location. The apartment was very well equiped and the owner made us feel very welcome. Although we stayed there in summer it was quite cold and wet but heating was available all day if we wanted to use it. It was a real home from home which made catering for a child very easy. The bedrooms were below ground level and the lower floor did smell quite damp. But overall this would not put us off using the apartment again. |

We stayed at Revel Stones which is close to Bowness centre so the lake and restaurants are within walking distance but it is in a quiet location away from the main street. Accommodation is well equipped -both rooms have an en suite bathroom and TV. Visit the local cinema - the children loved the atmosphere and the intermission for ice cream! |

It was clean and comfortable. The rooms were well decorated and the owners were helpful and friendly. Although there is parking available on the road, it is usually filled up and difficult to find a slot. |

the staff were very friendly and really made us feel welcome. there could have been a bit more choice at breakfast time and the room was extremly small we kept getting in each others way. we were also lead to believe there would be a dvd player in our room but there was only a video player. also there was only enough milk for one cuppa each other than that it was reasonably comfortable |

The guest house is very warm and welcoming and cleaned to a high standard. Debbie and Dave who own it are extremely helpful and dave does a great breakfast. parking can be a problem but there are parking permits available. |

I loved the breakfast and the staff were very knowledgable about the local area. My bed was a little lumpy but otherwise it was lovely. It a shame that there is not place to park outside. |
