Excellent location. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast.
Comfortable room but decor a little fussy.
Bruna was very welcoming and a pleasant lady. Good breakfast, good location.Own parking space.
Very dated, Wallpaper peeling off, Bedding very drab and carpets worn. Toilet seat was loose but new shower was wonderful.Needs modernising.
Hardwareshop at next door, Tesco big supermarket just a 5 minute walk.
The heating doesn´t work some hours during the night. Take two blanket.
Staff very helpful in sorting the issues raised. Breakfast good but not brilliant. Bathroom of my third bedroom. Size of third bedroom.
I refused to stay in the first bedroom offered - dirty, old, hairs everywhere, matress nearly empty I refused to stay in the second bedroom offered - single bed (I had booked a double) very small, not very clean, dark, very small window near the ceiling. I accepted the third bedroom, a LOT better than the first two. Cleaner and a lot bigger, a propper bedroom). However, cold bedroom, blankets (very old and thin), I ended up using my own sleeping bag. In the end, the quality of your stay will deppend a lot on the bedroom you will be given. If I had not seen the first 2 bedrooms I would give it a 6.5 star rate. Considering all I have seen and experienced, I think a 5 would be very generous.
The owner was wonderful, very bright, helpful, accommodating with a great sense of humour. She made our stay and we would go back again just for her hospitality
Decor and facilities were a little dated.
Hosts were very accommodating Excellent breakfast Location
Quiet place, clean rooms. Full breakfast which was very good. The Italian owner is nice and willing to help. Location is good for our trip purpose. Thanks for the hospitality of Mrs. Bruna and his son Max.
A very pleasant stay. The owner was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean and nicely appointed and the location was good with a short walk into town and a good pub even nearer. We would return to, and recommend the Cambridge Villa.
We did not find anything to dislike about this hotel.
Lovely hostess, great bathroom.
Room needs an update. Pillows were terrible
comfy bed helpful staff of street parking
Location is great, close to all attractions and very quiet considering its on a main road. The proprietor was lovely and catered for our every need.
Was able to come back late (after 00:45) after a wedding reception and access the hotel Super friendly lady + family running the place Great little Portuguese patisserie just down the road Within walking distance of the station Nice looking park nearby (we didn't visit it though)
Window in our room a little difficult to close (damaged levers) - a minor quibble
This hotel was well situated just 5mins from the town centre and also had very friendly staff.
The town it self was a complete let down, could do with a good cleaning.
very homely and friendly
Fine to stay for a couple of nights. Nice people. Fair accommodation and off road parking.
No baked beans with the full English!
We loved Bruna the proprietor, she is very special also her son Marco. Bruna treats you like a real guest. Thank you for a lovely stay. Arthur & Dor Michels. X
very friendly family. clean. good breakfast. good location.
although we did not use the bar, it looked a bit small and it was in their sitting room. you need to look out for the entrance to car park, its just a bit hard to find when you first go there, but was not a broblem when you did find it, plenty of room.
We love the owner, Mrs. Bruna. She is such a lovely lady, always ready to assist you.
Wouldn't be bad to have better curtains, so the light from outside and from the corridors would be blocked better.
The owner could not have been more friendly and helpful
Network of rooms a little like a rabbit warren
very friendly and food very good
can t say there was any thing that I did nt like as I would stay again ...
we arrived a bit to early for check in but the Son was very nice took us in to the bar and we had a cup of tea thank you
no plug by the kettle had to boil it on the floor
Location, lovely ensuite bathrooms, staff we're very helpful and friendly
The tea at breakfast wasn't very good, breakfast is quite early 7.30-8.30
Sliding door on bathroom
I should preface my comments by saying that I have mobility issues which necessitate the use of a mobility scooter and crutches. Upon arrival, and despite my telephone confirmation at the time of booking, there was a mix up which meant we did not have a room available. However, the owner arranged an alternative room across the road for the one night and then set us up in a lovely, cool newly furnished room with a four poster bed and an excellent bathroom. The room was easily accessible from the garden patio where I was able to leave my scooter overnight. The car park was conveniently located at the rear of the hotel (a must in Warwick) and was very secure, but make sure you ask in advance where the entrance is located. Breakfast could be a tad chaotic at times but this only added to the charm of the place. All in all, a convenient central location for Warwick town and the Warwick Music Festival.
