Attentive management. Good customer service. The room I stayed in needed a refurbishment.. The furnishings were old and worn. It lacked basic creature comforts like a comfortable chair. The TV was set high on the wall and difficult to view in comfort. For a one night stay I could live with it. I wouldn't like to stay longer.

The price was excellent. The proprietors were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The wireless signal in Room 11 is not very strong.

Very friendly and relaxed host. A 'proper' guesthouse. After travelling for many weeks and staying in very sterile chain hotels I found this gem with a wonderful host.

The owner Mrs Bruna was a superb host. She cooked lovely breakfasts individually for guests. She was also very friendly and helpful in every way possible. The hotel had a very pleasant ambiance about it and we thoroghly enjoyed our five day stay there.

Friendly host, nice bathroom, good location, free parking. Bar open to landing so noisy in bedroom if bar in use. Bedroom rather old-fashioned but comfortable.

Good location close to town centre and Castle, lovely hostess and good food Our room had a very small, uncomfortable shower room, no room for washbasin (which was in the bedroom itself ), but friends' facilities were much better.

Easy walk to town centre, bright rooms. Pleasant and helpful family owners. Comfortable and priced about right. Bathroom door did not shut properly, nor did the shower door. TV had bad static. Breakfast on a Sunday was only served between 8 and 9 am.

Initially we were disappointed with the general decor, however the room was a good size but the washbasin was in the room not in the ensuite. As we were at the rear there was no noise so sleep was easy. The breakfast was good with a good choice and well cooked. Overall the hotel was let down by tired decor but at the price good value. Staying at the cambridge villa hotel was a pleasure. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, taking the time to show us around. The room and facilities available to us were exactly as we had booked and whilst not huge were all that we needed. The hotel, whether in your room or not had a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a lot of character that is often missing in other places. If you are looking for a simple, good value for money room in a perfect location for the centre of warwick then this hotel is ideal. I would be more then happy to stay there again.

Friendliness of owner/cook/waitress.Good breakfast. Bedroom (1) comfortable with more than adequate storage facilities etc. Hotel better than it looks from the front exterior. Good parking at rear. Couldn't get the television to work when we wanted to watch United v Benfica football match. Shower not very good. Sliding door to en-suite bathroom kept coming off slide rail mechanism.

Bruno was very friendly and obliging. My room was very comfortable, and clean, as was my ensuite. The dining room tables were set with immaculate white cloths, and a very good breakfast available. I thought that the front of the hotel was off-putting.It badly needs some attention and the front porch needed to be swept and washed. If I hadn't have given my credit card number I would probably have looked elsewhere.

Mrs Bruna is very friendly and constantly checked with us if all well. having a car parking space was a boon. Very roomy bedroom. We were disappointed with the en-suite facility as the wash basin is in the bedroom!
