Hostess was very friendly, responsive to requests, and helpful. Everything was as described and there were no surprises. Breakfast was made to order promptly upon request and everything was well done. Parking could be a problem in Warwick and it was good that the BB had parking spaces for us to use. We had a great time visiting Warwick castle and local pubs.

The free Internet access via WiFi operated well in the bar and breakfast areas but did not work well in our room. Perhaps a more powerful WiFi transmitter would be an improvement.

The owner was very friendly and our room was was very clean and well laid out. When we can down for breakfast we were asked what we would like and then it was cooked for us and it was very good..

I couldn't have wished for better, room was lovely including mints on pillows. Clean, fresh and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was just brilliant. Private and safe parking, good for lone females. Fully recommended.

The proprietor "Bruna" was a lovely warm and welcoming woman, she made us feel at home and brought many a smile and laugh when chatting to her and would clearly do as much as she could to make sure you had a great stay. Also her breakfasts were fantastic, perfect to set you up for a days sight seeing! The hotel had a really nice homely atmosphere and I would most definitely stay if visiting warwick again.

I haven't a bad word to say about my stay, however what I found to be a warm, homely and eclectic decor others may interpret as a little tired or chintzy. That said there was a decorator in the process of doing up I believe the majority of the rooms so I think should this be a concern it is being resolved. If you are looking for a cheapish hotel/b+b within walking distance of warwick centre Cambridge Villa is a good choice and I am sure Bruna would win over any sceptics with her Italian motherly charm :o)

Great location to where I was working. The owner was very friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lush. Outside of the hotel doesn't look much, but inside it is clean, tidy, comfy & everything you need for a nights stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be returning on bussines next month.

Very friendly and relaxed host. A 'proper' guesthouse. After travelling for many weeks and staying in very sterile chain hotels I found this gem with a wonderful host.

Our room had a very small, uncomfortable shower room, no room for washbasin (which was in the bedroom itself ), but friends' facilities were much better.

Very friendly owner ready to help. A bit too far from the centre of Warwick aqnd a little dificult to find. We phoned the hotel and got running directions.

Good breakfast with home grown tomato

Friendliness of owner/cook/waitress.Good breakfast. Bedroom (1) comfortable with more than adequate storage facilities etc. Hotel better than it looks from the front exterior. Good parking at rear.

Couldn't get the television to work when we wanted to watch United v Benfica football match. Shower not very good. Sliding door to en-suite bathroom kept coming off slide rail mechanism.

Bruno was very friendly and obliging. My room was very comfortable, and clean, as was my ensuite. The dining room tables were set with immaculate white cloths, and a very good breakfast available.

I thought that the front of the hotel was off-putting.It badly needs some attention and the front porch needed to be swept and washed.If I hadn't have given my credit card number I would probably have looked elsewhere.
