Walk in shower. Good food. Clean rooms, friendly staff, hospitable, reasonably priced. Room a little small, but more than adequate for a few nights.

Smashing pub with bar/ dining room, open fire and nice extensive menu. Great bonus ;no TV, piped music or noisy gaming machines in the bar. We could sit and talk to each other. Nice bedroom with good facilities. Lovely breakfast Bit of a walk to the disabled room and the surfaces in the bedroom could do with a dust.

I slept really well. The high quality of the duvet and the pillows made a huge difference. The shower in my room was large and inviting The service was friendly without being obtrusive While I was getting my case ready to leave, after breakfast, staff defrosted the windscreen of my car! Room was darkish, but it was night for most of the time anyway.

This is my fourth stay at the Camden Arms Hotel, the management and staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. There is a good choice of food from an extensive menu. I would not heshave no hesitation in staying at the Camden Arms again.

The staff were friendly and efficient, The bar area had a pleasent feel about it. The rooms well equipped, tastefully decorated, and very clean. Some of the meals had only small amounts of vegatables with them,also when busy on Sundays it would seem a smaller menu may help those in the kitchen, Although the carvery was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows were lovely. Also as we travelled a long way to attend a funeral that day, the hotel was accomodating in arranging for us to book in 1 hour earlier. We would have preferred a full english breakfast, it was a lot of money for one night with just a continental breakfast, the person overseeing the breakfast just stood and watched us. We felt as if he was afraid we would pinch the cutlery!!! And it would have been nice to have been offered more coffee.

The staff is amazing - very friendly and eager to help. The facilities are charming and quite comfortable. The location is a bit far from the center of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Also, I would have liked to have a telephone in my room.
