Relaxed, welcoming atmosphere; excellent food; pleasant, attentive staff. A very pleasant stay and we will definitely stay there again. They didn't have many guests (about 5 others) and they up-graded us to a large, double room. Nothing to dislike.

Easy to find and in walking distance of friends. We're used to a bigger room and bed when staying in hotels and found it just a little cramped and will definately make sure we order a king size bed or twin as double is too small nowadays! Just thought £89 for b & b was a bit expensive for where it was.

We had a lovely three night stay. Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Food and wine were good. Our room was a good size and comfortable. One small criticism would be that the room although a good size was a bit chilly even though radiator was turned up. It was very cold outside!

Helpful staff, good food. Note: Chef came out to speak to diners, which is appreciated. Just a minor comment that the shower room was very very restricted. It was usable, but not what I would expect for your standard and cost of room.
